Добротный отель с хорошим расположением

Отель обладает всеми необходимыми достоинствами для хорошего отдыха в горах с целью покататься на лыжах или сноутборде. Рядом (несколько шагов от входа) остановка скибаса. Ходит часто, где то раз в 15 минут. Подъемник на Пенкин - через 2 остановки, на Ахорн - через 3. Комната для хранения спортинвентаря и ботинок сопряжена с парадным входом в гостиницу. Так что сразу перед выходом можно зайти и переодеться , а также после катания и выхода из автобуса быстро облегчить себя, оставив все буквально на входе. Сама раздевалка не жаркая и комфортная. Туда все заходят в отельных тапочках. Сама гостиница очень уютная. Номер аккуратный и просторный. Есть лифт, достаточно вместительный. Есть собственная бесплатная парковка. Завтраки стандартные для таких отелей. Есть в стоимости и ужины - достаточно вкусные и разнообразные. В стандартный ужин входит салат-бар (самому наложить себе кукурузы, помидорную нарезку, квашеную редьку и пр. нечто подобное), холодная закуска (капрезе, мясной тартар, ...), суп , горячее (мясо, рыба, фондю, пицца...). десерт - типа штруделя и мороженое. Есть возможность сделать выбор из горячего за день - мясо ли, рыба, пицца (в буклете отметить). Все жидкое - за плату. Чайника в номере нет, есть холодильник. Телевизор с тремя российскими каналами. Ванная комната с окном в номер - неудобно, шторок нет. Wi-Fi в номере стабильный, но не сильно насыщен интернетом. В принципе для общения в мессенджерах (не скачивания) достаточен.

En fantastisk upplevelse, längtar tillbaka!

Familjen Pramstraller gjorde verkligen allt för att vi skulle trivas! Flexibla, tillmötesgående, gav tips på utflykter, packade frukostpaket, var tillgängliga från tidig morgon till sen kväll, denna vistelse gav verkligen mersmak. Fantastisk middag varje kväll (kanske lite för mycket mat....) och bra frukost. Kommer att resa hit igen!

Wir wurden herzlich empgangen und fühlten uns super wohl. die gastfreundlich und die sehr gute küche liess keinen wunsch offen. wir hatten eine schöne suite die grosszügig und top cool war. Es wurde uns jeder wunsch erfüllt und wir haben uns schwer getan dieses wunderschöne haus zu verlassen. der ort mayrhofen ist genial für viele tolle abenteuer, wanderungen, relaxen und einfach zu geniessen.

Perfekt hotell för skidsemester.

Utmärkt hotell för skidsemester. God mat och trevligt bemötande. Ligger i ett lugnt område en bit från de häftiga after-ski ställena. Skidbussen går precis utanför entrén och tar ca 5 minuter till Penken kabinen. Parkering precis utanför hotellet.

Fint standard hotel.

Fint hotel med hjælpsomt personale. Vi bestilte med halvpension, maden var rigelig og smagte godt, men det var ikke gastronomi. Internettet virkede ikke på vores værelse det første døgn, hvilket personalet ikke forstod, men de fik det dog løst den efterfølgende dag. Hotellet har en skøn have med terrasse, ærgerligt at hotel gæsterne ikke må spise derude. Beliggenheden er fint i forhold til centrum. Man kan låne vandre stokke og cykler gratis - god service. Til gengæld skal man betale EUR 1,5 for at få lov at smøre en sandwich til hjemturen.

Fantastisk hotel, lækker morgenbuffet, dejlige værelser, god atmosfære og dejlig betjening. Restauranten hyggelig indrettet med intime båse, samt rindende vand og en vandmølle. Varieret menukort. Lidt langt fra liften, men bussen holder lige udenfor og de tager kun 5 min til liften. I kælderen er der både sauna, solarium, spa og fle bade kabiner. Rimelige priser.

Selten so gut bewirtet wurden

In vielen guten Hotels stimmt der Service, das Essen und die Zimmerqualität, aber meistens herrscht ein kühler distanzierter Umgang mit den Gästen. Nicht so hier! Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen, man kümmerte sich sehr nett um unsere Parkplätze. Die Zimmer konnten wir eher als gedacht beziehen und wurden von geräumigen großen Schlarräumen überrascht. Die Ausstattung ist allgemein sehr gut. Abends wird man von sehr freundlichem Personal im Restaurant bewirtet und es entsteht sofort eine familiäre Atmosphäre, die wir bis zum Schluss des Urlaubs nicht missen wollten.

Hardly 4-star standard

We stayed 4 nights in July with half board and the standard of the hotel was definitely not 4-star. We have stayed in many hotels in the area and this was not worth the money. They charged for 4-star standard which was more of a weak 3-star standard. The breakfast buffe didn't offer many quality choices, e.g, no warm food than boiled eggs. The room had an old layout with separate (tiny, no fan and sink) WC and bathroom. The 5 course dinner contained of low quality dishes. We felt sorry for our waiter because he really tried to be nice although he had to serve us dishes that was bad prepared and didn't taste well. We were definitly not the only guests that complained over the dinners. Hard to understand how this hotel could get such a good rating, maybe they improve the service during winter time.

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen (de Skibus fährt direkt vor de Tür), sehr sauber und hat freundliches Personal. Frühstück lecker, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Restaurant ebenfalls sehr gut. Sauna... Nicht mehr geschafft. Kommen gerne wieder
