Great Location

Great location to explore the Sassi. Rossella provided lots of good information and assisted us with reservations. Good modern clean room. Couldn’t be better.

We really like the property, very clean and modern, close to the city centre, 5 minutes walk an 10 minutes to Sassi! I strongly recommend and I regret I didn’t stay longer. One of the best in our stay in Italy so far. Easy to communicate with the host, she was very friendly and helpful!

Great property, very clean and nice rooms with drinks in the fridge, big showers and communicative host. I do wish they could have the rooms be colder as it was tough sleeping, only used the sheet to sleep and that was to hot.

Great room rental five minutes walk from Matera with easy free parking right out front - Great for a short stay or road trip! Breakfast was provided at a local bar a few minutes walk from the house to ensure a fresh authentic experience. It was also very generous coming with coffee, pastry, sandwich, and fresh juice. Air conditioning and wifi were modern and powerful. Would stay again.

Loved this Dimora! It is close to the city centre but with easy parking - we paid 10€ a day for the private garage which gave us peace of mind. The room was beautiful- felt brand new with lovely en-suite bathroom and amazing shower! Towels were changed daily. The host was extremely helpful and gave us tips on booking tours as well as providing vouchers to use in local cafes for included breakfasts. All in all a wonderful stay. Matera is amazing well worth a visit!

The building is not shown in the listing or information so not initially easy to find. Lots of free parking nearby. We were given a room upgrade. Only down side to the block is there is no soundproofing and the doors slam loudly. However, matera is a short walk and easy access. For the price it is good value for money as you also get a good breakfast at a cafe in Matera included as well.

Walking distance of Matura. Very new and complete room with a balcony and free drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately there was no elevator, and the breakfast was not in the building itself. You get a voucher for a bakery around the corner, but it is limited to 2 drinks (coffee and juice) and a sweet and salty product.

Lovely room

The Good: The room exceeded our expectations, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and the shower worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The host was exceptionally friendly, even going the extra mile by picking us up from the bus station. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The Bad: The room is located in a residential apartment building, which can get quite noisy, particularly in the mornings. Loud conversations, especially from people just outside the door, including the cleaner, often woke us up early. Additionally, loud music from the upstairs apartment was a frequent disturbance.

Location is perfect is just 3 mins away from everything you would want to see in Matera. Considering part of the city you are not allowed to drive , the location is perfect. Great if you are driving as parking has a fare price. Room itself very confortable and the staff was very kind.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, quarto novo e bem limpo, localização perfeita, garagem paga como todos os lugares na Itália. O café da manhã você ganha um voucher por dia para ter direito de comer e escolher entre tres lugares disponíveis. Tem direito há uma bebida como um Capuccino e um croissant. A minha nota foi 10, pois tivemos um momento de estresse com o carro que havia alugado e o responsável pela estadia, me ajudou muito, do início ao fim do processo. Pess9as de confiança.
