Great Stay near Hobbiton

Check in was fast and smooth for our group with 3 different rooms. They had the keys ready for us when we got there showed us to our rooms and was clean and spacious

Good budget friendly stay

We booked last minute and it was a good, budget friendly stay. Easy check in, spacious and good facilities. The decor could do with an update, but for the price we had no complaints.

Very Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing. A short drive only to Hobbiton and restaurants etc.

The heater in the room wasn't working, but we didn't go to the office to say anything because it was late at night. If it happens to you, the owner said to come any time of day because they have spare ones.
