(Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible. "It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"
