Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Il problema principale è stato causato da hotel.com perché non pagato il riad e di conseguenza ho dovuto pagare in loco. Secondo problema è stato il clima poiché faceva freddo e non funzionava il clima. Ho dovuto lasciare L’alloggio e trovare un’altra sistemazione.
