"Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!! "

"A clean hotel with great location. I think this is good for over night stay or just a few days. Our room was located on the ground floor so there was some sound coming from the reception or people walking by. The bed was okey, the pillows somewhat hard. All in all a good stay."

"Paid for a high end room with sea view. Room was very tired and in need of update. Aircon was set on 16C and high fan and it was barely comfortable. Worst of all, in competition with every bar further along the “strip”, they had to have loud DJ music around the pool every night going to midnight. Afterwards, several people who had obviously been drinking the whole night come back to their rooms talking and making noise for another hour or two. A couple of positive aspects were two nice...
