  • A must visit in my opinion. Go to the turtle hospital and learn about our endangered friends. See the great work the hospital is doing to look after the turtles. Takes about 90 mins to go round,meet all the turtles and even feed them.

Wonderful anniversary trip

Very spacious. Well stock kitchen with utensils and dishes pans everything you need. Very clean. Well decorated. Staff were awesome.

Room was good except no ocean view.The tiki hut was closed . No food or beverage nearby. The tiki hut was the reason I booked this place. Very unsatisfied. I should get a partial refund as the stay was not as advertised.

The resort and our rooms were very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the mosquitos. We had a lovely balcony overlooking both the water and the pool, but you couldn’t sit out there for the mosquitos. We were being bitten sitting around the pool and even in the pool. Every time I rode the elevator, I swapped at and killed at least one of the blood suckers. I even killed a few lying in my bed, but not enough to avoid bites.

The only bad thing about the property is the lack of good signage. It’s very hard to find, especially at night. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Unimpressed. We arrived at 3:45pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 4pm on the dot. The room was nice, but the balcony “view” was nothing and the foldout couch was as uncomfortable as it gets. I got a drink at the pool bar and I am not exaggerating at all- the worst drink I’ve ever had, ever. Something fundamentally wrong with it.

We arrived early but were able to use the pool. Lovely cannon firing ceremony at sunset with a sunset shot from the bar. We ate wings and a pretzel from the bar which were both delicious. Room was large and the bed was really comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked a parking lot. Because this is part of a timeshare group, all of the guests were lovely and very mature. The pool was heated just right. We brought a small cooler each day with cold drinks and there were always umbrellas for us to use. The grills which are available to guests are brand new and spotless. The front desk helped us many times, just to get more coffee, etc. Our only issue was with the restaurant off the hotel - we ate there once and did not go back. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance that were great. We would absolutely stay here again!
