This place is very well located. It is very clean and has a very comfortable beds. However, the common areas feel more like someone’s house than a guesthouse or hotel. Also, there are no outdoor grounds, or
a balcony.

Overall a decent property. Wifi only available in the one restaurant or the lobby, Tons of stairs. Most staff not very proficient with English. We had the breakfast included and that was very good food. However the restaurant doesnt open til 8:30 and no coffee is available anywhere prior to that time.

Property is from old times but very nice. We did not like the stairs.
ES UN CONJUNTO DE CONDOMINIOS, NO UN HOTEL. LA LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL ES POBRE, LAS CALLES SUCIAS, LA HABITACION CON DEMASIADOS MOSQUITOS Y HORMIGAS. DEMASIADA FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO A: HABITACIONES, ZONAS GENERALES, BAÑOS, ETC. TIENEN UN DESAYUNO DE BUEN SABOR, PERO EL PERSONAL NO SE APLICA A LIMPIAR EL AREA DE LA COMIDA, LAS MESAS, ETC. NO REGRESO....

Great hotel with clean rooms. The only problem is a lot of stairs but is good to keep your good health while eating a lot of good seafood :). One more recommendation might be to have roofs for the cars and more parking space, there are very few places where to park the cars, also is not soo cool to leave the car on the street at the direct sunlight and heat.
