Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They let us fooled not to give any receipt after i booked online for reservation at hotel.com and the manager collecting us in cash when we arrived and so much promising to give a receipt after receiving money in cash.however, we been waiting for 2days and the manager just hid and didn't shown from us until we check out. Our stay wasn't good. We just sick and tired talking to the manager and the owner.
