De inicio uma recepção notável, Márcio o recepcionista,nós recebeu maravilhosomente bem,muito antecipado, comunicativo,deu todas as dicas De Itacuruçá, excelente atendimento, um café da manhã maravisolho com as funcionárias repondo a todo tempo, muito simpáticas ,sempre que falamos nos deu toda atenção.Mas de ponto negativo foi uma experiência muito ruim, quando no meu segundo dia de estadia, as 10 h da manhã saindo para praia ,pedi a Recepcionista Júlia que pedisse para fazer a troca das nossas toalhas ,e ela de imediato já foi respondendo só na parte da tarde , como eu e minha esposa fomos para praia ,nao6 me portei , política da pousada , mas ao chegar às 17 h não havia feito a troca das mesmas, retornei a recepção e fiz um novo pedido e nada ,porém aquele mesmo recepcionista ao qual nos recepcionou ,Márcio , ao ouvir a minha reclamação, não deixou eu terminar de falar, já foi resolvendo o meu problema,queuito simples, fez a troca da mesma ,pois estava próximo ao quarto onde ficam a rouparia. Márcio são funcionários igual a você que uma pequena empresa se torna grande , eu trabalho a 20 anos em uma grande Rede de hotéis aqui do Rio de Janeiro, Windsor Hotéis, e sei o quanto um bom atendimento significa para uma empresa, você tem espírito de Um grande gerente. Parabéns pelo seu atendimento.Que a Pousada INN espanda por vários lugares e tenhail funcionários como você,na próxima vez que eu voltar , levarei um presente para ti.Voltarei a me hospedar com vocês.Obrigado a todos

Pousada boa, Bom café da manhã, Vista Linda, só tenho umas ressalvas a fazer, deveria ter frigobar no quarto, deveria ter criado mudo ao lado da cama, no box não tem suporte para sabonete e shampoo, as toalhas manchadas, boas instalações, mas precisa melhorar um pouco.
