Villa Sole is for two families and it has got a private swimming pool just for our guests and it is very close to the lake. It has been newly refurbished and renovated and it is of about 95 m2 and it is divided into two floors for a maximum of 6 people.

The Villa has got a living room together with kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

The Kitchen is well-equipped and it has got a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a freezer and gas stove.

On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (one of them has got a French bed) and another bathroom with shower I

In the garden you will relax yourself in the beautiful and private swimming pool with deck-chairs.

You can park your car in the garden. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The Villa is situated near the beach Romantica in Manerba del Garda, just few minutes by foot.

You will find there a beautiful promenade overlooking the lake with many restaurants and bars.



To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Unvergesslicher Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Unterkunft

Wir haben einen der schönsten Familienurlaube überhaupt erlebt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern geeignet. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre haben uns sofort wohlfühlen lassen. Bei der Anreise gab es zunächst ein kleines Missverständnis – es war nur ein statt der gebuchten zwei Reisebetten vorhanden. Doch das wurde unglaublich schnell und unkompliziert gelöst: Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde das zweite Bett geliefert und alles war perfekt. Der Service war freundlich, schnell und sehr zuvorkommend – vielen Dank dafür! Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Bellissima vacanza!

Ci siamo trovate molto bene a Villa Sole, casa ben arredata e pulita, giardino curato, piscina stupenda. La zona è residenziale e molto tranquilla, il lago e i ristoranti si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato la solerzia dell’Agenzia che ha risposto a tutti i nostri messaggi senza tempi di attesa, sempre gentili e disponibili, brave! C’è stato un problema con il Wi-Fi che non ha funzionato per il periodo del nostro soggiorno, ma anche in questo caso l’Agenzia ha fatto tutto ciò che le era possibile per tentare di risolvere il problema…i tempi lunghi del gestore telefonico non sono una colpa imputabile all’Agenzia

Een mooi luxe huisje aan het Gardameer.

Het huisje heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Het huisje en de tuin waren schoon en mooi ingericht. Een goede uitvalsbasis om alles rond het Gardameer te bezoeken. De matrassen kunnen wat beter. Lijken niet meer goed te ondersteunen. Als je met 6 personen bent is de bank / zithoek binnen wat aan de krappe kant.

Schöne Unterkunft in Manerba

Das Haus mit Pool ist wirklich schön, an Einrichtung war alles vorhanden, die überdachte Terrasse ist super. Gut fanden wir auch, dass das Grundstück komplett umzäunt war, so konnte der Hund raus, ohne Angst zu haben. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schön war auch der kurze Weg (10 min zu Fuß) zum See Die Matratzen sind schon sehr durchgelegen. Auf dem Grundstück steht gar kein Baum, das ist sehr schade .

Traumurlaub mit Hund

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole. Das Haus, der Garten, die Nähe zum See und zum nächsten Restaurant war traumhaft. Hunde wurden überall akzeptiert, was für uns den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Schade ist, dass es keinen Bäcker o.ä. in Fussnähe gibt. Auf den Bildern sieht man nicht, dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Das war für uns aber besonders wichtig und toll wegen unseres Hundes! Ein Bild machen vom komplett eingezäunten Garten. Ansonsten war alles top!

Die Villa Sole ist wirklich traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern! Wir hatten einen super Familienurlaub dort (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind) und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind modern und super ausgestattet, die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein und der Pool ist natürlich besonders im Sommer DAS Highlight. Zum See sind es nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann dort direkt auch super baden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von GardaFewo lief ebenfalls super abwirft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne zurückkommen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und nur 200 m zum See

Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht. Der Privatpool ist riesig, so dass man vernünftig Bahnen schwimmen kann. Auch das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und die überdachte Terrasse haben ein tolles Umfeld geboten, um schöne Familienstunden zu verbringen. Unser Hund hat die Nähe zum Hundestrand besonders genossen, wo er jeden Tag schwimmen war. Da Manerba kein touristischer Hotspot ist und unser Haus ruhig zwischen anderen 1-2 Familienhäuser stand, war es auch in Zeiten von Corona kein Problem Abstand zu halten und trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus

Da ich mich nicht unnötig wiederholen möchte, schließe ich mich ganz faul und einfach den anderen Bewertungen an. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Den tollen Pool mussten wir trotz des inzwischen abgekühlten Wassers (eben Herbst) mit großer Freude nutzen. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man zu einem schönen Aufenthalt braucht und die Lages des Hauses (200 Meter zum See) ist ebenfalls perfekt. Unbedingt buchen!

Moderne Villa mit riesigem Pool

Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub in einer modernen Villa mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Der Außenbereich mit großzügigem, 2 m tiefen Pool ist in ruhiger Lage weg vom Straßenverkehr verortet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind separat klimatisiert und im ersten Stock angeordnet. Neben den Schlafzimmern ist im ersten Stock noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV. In der großen Küche gibt es zwei große Kühlschränke, sodass man jederzeit Lebensmittel als auch ausreichend Getränke kühlen kann. Im Außenbereich sind zudem noch 6 Liegestühle und eine Aussendusche am Pool vorhanden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine super entspannte Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub am Gardasee

Die Villa Sole ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist in einem super Zustand, die Betten in den drei Schlafzimmern (klimatisiert) sind Top ,man schläft prima, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool lädt zum gemütlichen Ausspannen ein. Der Pool selbst ist das Highlight, mit Beleuchtung und bequemen Einstieg per Treppe, er wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Kurzum, die Villa Sole war für uns der ideale Erholungsort und Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen Rund um den Gardasee. zu guter Letzt noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Anna und ihr Team von Garda FeWo, Klasse Organisation und Super Service !!

Tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Pool und Garten

Ganz klar, der Pool ist das Beste! Richtig groß und bestimmt 2m tief und auch nicht zu kalt. Man kann richtig schwimmen. Ansonsten haben wir die Terrasse und den Garten sehr genossen. Das große Bad ist ein Traum. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht allzu groß, aber ausreichend. Die Betten sind top! Gute Matratzen, man schläft wie ein Baby. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (nur keinen Toaster), aber dafür einen Kontaktgrill - mit dem kann man auch toasten. Wohn- und Esszimmer haben wir gar nicht genutzt, weil wir die Terrasse so gemütlich fanden. Der Garda-Fewo Service war auch super. Wir bekamen ein kleines Starterset mit Wasch- und Spülmittel und Putzschwamm usw. Bei Fragen waren die Damen immer per Whatsapp erreichbar und haben geholfen. Also alles in allem 5 Sterne! Schade war, dass die Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktioniert hat und auch nicht während unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden konnte. Luxusproblem -)
