Had a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for all ages. The beach was lovely and the bars were easily accessible all around the property. The Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Overall a really good stay!

Vonresort Golden Beach has been overall amazing. Beautiful landscaping with 3 huge pools, water slides and 2 kids pool. Staff have been fantastic from housekeeping to reception staff. Shuttle service or walkable to beach front and so clean!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner had been good but at times lacked flavour, but ample food and I think we gained some holiday weight. Desserts top class!!!! My family and I would definitely stay again, ideal for young family!!!

Very big.. good food.. desperately need more staff.. waits for drink & for tables to eat. Lovely staff but need more of them.. no kettle in room.. damp marks in bathroom tables need to be cleared quicker.. we had starters main dessert drinks & coffee cups still on table when we left..

Maden er okay samt udvalget. Mange lækre pool områder samt vandlandet. Jeg brækkende desværre benet og fandt derfor ud af det ikke er det mest handicap venlige sted men man kunne komme rundt alle steder hvis man ville (ujævn vej) vi kommer gerne igen alt efter prisen

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wie wir es vom Golden Beach schon mehrfach gewohnt waren. Die sanfte Renovierung der Bungalow‘s ist gelungen. Schade, dass Strandrestaurant und Strandteil, neu nur für Gäste Vom Hotel Victoria zur Benützung war. Das Restaurant war aufgrund der schönen Meersicht einfach top. Schade, dass Golden Beach Gäste nur noch die Linke Strandseite nutzen durften. Die Anzahl der russischen Gäste, ca. 90 Prozent, war sehr hoch. Die Essensausgabe, Essen wurde geschöpft, war sehr gut. Überhäufte Teller sah man wenig. Auch Essensresten auf den Tellern hielt sich im Rahmen. Das VONRESORT Golden Beach kann ich empfehlen. Werde wieder kommen.

Приятный отель для семейного отдыха.

Приятное место для семейного отдыха. Прекрасная кухня и пляж. Огромная зеленая территория. Несколько бассейнов, как для активного отдыха, так и для расслабленного. Приятный аквапарк. Хорошая работа спасателей и персонала в целом. Номера среднего качества, но ничего критичного. WiFi есть не везде и работает с перебоями.

Alles sehr gut organisiert, feines Essen, freundliches Personal. Für Familie mit Kinder bestens geeignet, da es mehrere Pool's gibt, dazu kommen die verschiedenen Wasserrutschen. Würde ich gerne wieder besuchen.

Bu fiyata bu hizmet kalitesi yakışmıyor!

Otel genel olarak beklentilerimin çok altında bir hizmet kalitesine sahip! Herşeyi kendiniz yapmak zorundasınız, örneğin kartınızla sadece SPA'dan havlu alıp geri getirmek zorundasınız. Plajda ve havuz başında havlu alıp bırakabileceğiniz bir yer yok! Şezlonglardaki minderleri bile kendiniz almak zorundasınız. Animasyonlar çok basit ve sadece Rus turistlere yönelikti. Türk çalışanlar dışında yabancı birçok komi ve garson var ve söylediklerinizi genelde duymamazlıktan geliyorlar. Plajdaki su sporlarına ait bölümü kiraya verdikleri insanlar tam anlamıyla tekelci liste fiyatlarının altında hizmet almanız mümkün değil. Her şey 60-80 Avro! Başka bir yerden de hizmet almanızı engellemek adına kendi aralarında anlaşmışlar her otelin su sporları kulübeleri sadece o otelin müşterilerine hizmet satıyor. Umut isimli bir görevli ile bu konuda tartıştığımızı belirtmek isterim. Otelin yemekleri genel olarak hep aynı klasik 5 yıldızlı otellerden farklı yok! Daha önce konakladığımız 4 yıldızlı bir otelin menüsü buradan kat kat daha iyi ve lezzetliydi. İçecekler tam anlamıyla facia. Bu anlamda Von hotellerinden daha fazla beklenti içerisindeydim. Hayal kırıklığına uğradım açıkcası. Odaların durumu genel olarak iyiydi. Her gün olmasa da gün aşırı mutlaka temizlendi. Ama Villa tarzındaki odalar çok küçük, eşyalar biraz eski. Sonuç olarak bu fiyata bu hizmet kalitesini her yerde bulabilirsiniz. Wifi var ama yok! Hiçbir yerde çekmiyor. Otelin herşeyi wifi kalitesi gibi! Var ama yok!

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel bir tesis ve pers.sahip

Muhteşem bir personel çok ilgililer,her konuda yardımcı oldular.Yemekler muhteşem,temizlik muhteşem,denizdeki life guard lar çok dikkatli (havuzu kullanmadığımız için tanışma şansım olmadı)Animasyon ekibide çok ilgili ve alakalıydı.Misafir ilişkileri takibini çok iyi yapıyor.

Disappointing! More like a 3 star hotel.

Unfortunately not what we thought it would be. This is not a five star hotel. Most of the staff do not speak English. Rooms were cleaned to a minimum. Eyeglasses and a hat got stolen. People reported similar incidents. Security cameras not working and security staff can't help.

Mooi hotel, alles goed verzorgd

Prima verblijf voor een korte periode. Lekker eten. Alleen het animatie programma vond ik vreselijk, maar ik houd dan ook niet van all-inclusive resorts. Wel wat massaal, maar ik weet niet hoe andere resorts zijn (was mijn eerste ervaring met een resort). Leuk aquapark, maar geen super spannende glijbanen dus niet echt iets voor tieners of zo.

Great resort for a family holiday

Close to the beach; beach shuttle frequent; large pools; good water park; beautifully-kept grounds; variety of food at the buffet. Difficult to communicate with the staff in English; had to request bath towels practically every day; very weak air conditioning all over the resort.

Benim Ailemle ikinci gelişim havuzları ve oturum alanı çok geniş bir tatil köyü sıkılmadan zaman geçire bilirsiniz. Aqua havuzda çocuklar ile çok zevkli zaman geciriyorsunuz ben çocuklarımla sadece bunu tercih ediyorum denizi nasıl hiç bakmadım. Ama sıkıcı bir yer kesinlikle değil. Yemek tam istikrarlı değil çeşit çok ama iyi inceleyin pişirme zayıf bazen çok iyi yapılan bir izgara diğer gün pişmemiş olabiliyor. Biraz daha buna özen gösterilirse eksik kalmaz. Bol bol uyarı yapabilirsiniz. Genel olarak memnun ayriliyorum tavsiye ederim gönül rahatlığı ile gidilir. .

Denize olan mesafe biraz uzaktı, tatil köyü olduğu için shuttle'ın odaya mesafesi de uzaktı, güneşin alnında çok yürüdük, onun dışında yemekler güzeldi, alkol kalitesi yerlerde, yalnızca bira Efes'ti onun dışındaki alkollere çok bulaşmayın zehirlendik resmen kendimize gelemedik, hiç adını duymadığınız votka, cin gibi ağır alkollere pek girmeyin derim, mochito'yu bile beyaz romdan değil o adı belli olmayan votkadan yapıyorlar

empfehlenswerte sehr schöne Anlage

- wir waren in der ersten Oktoberhälfte im golden beach resort - angenehm warme Temperaturen Luft und Wasser - hoteleigener Sandstrand mit toller Seebrücke - überwiegend von Deutschen besucht -Personal meist sehr freundlich und spricht in de Regel deutsch, auch englisch möglich - sehr gepflegte Anlage mit grossen sauberen Pools - Zimmer sauber mit Kühlschrank Klima und dt. Fernsehen - grosse Essensauswahl, geschmacklich in Ordnung -einziger echter Kritikpunkt: in der zweiten Oktoberwoche war das Hotel sehr voll, das Main-Restaurant und der Strand sind dafür unserer Meinung nach nicht ausgelegt und dann überfüllt und sehr laut
