Sehr schlecht Hotel für 5 * völlig überbewertet. Ich würde nur 2* geben. Kaputte WC Türschloss. Safe ist defekt. Insektenreste auf den tapeten und braune WC Bürste als letztes herausschauende stromkabeln.

Hotel infrastructure good.Good rooms. Staff bad service rude and cannot speak english. Outdoor pool closed for 2 days. Indoor pool not working. Cleaners come once in 3 days. Bedsheets towels are never changed. Jacuzi does not work. Spa always out of towels and most of he time charged for. Steam available for only few hours then charged for. Bad service .It was a all inclusive package but nothing works. Food very good. Rooms good.

terrible food. unclean room. I never seen anyone with cleaning material. cheap labour employed for staff. toilet smells like sewage. not hygienic whatsoever. disco inside hotel with boom-boom sound at 1/2 am in the morning and impossible to sleep. coffee machines never work properly and always broke.

Not a 5 star more like 2.5 to 3 stars. Very miss leading to say 5 stars. The rooms are spacious to standards but not 5 stars. The food was ok but it was the same menu everyday. The staff cannot speak English. There is only one small pool and it can get very crowded. The hotel needs to improve to get to 5 stars. Thanks

Wifi funkade bara i lobbyn, det luktade rök i korridorerna spat var bara tillgängligt tre h/dag. Övrig tid var man tvungen o boka o då kostade det pengar. Buffén, det fanns mkt o välja på men maten var inte så god. Smakade inte så mycket. Hotellet kändes gammalt. Saker var sönder på rummet o det fanns inget te eller kaffe på rummet. Personalen var trevlig. Tyvärr höll hotellet inte den standarden vi förväntade oss..

Immer gleiche Essen, offenes Büffet jeder langt mit Hand rein. Baby sitz auf dem Buffet damit Mama Ihrer Teller vollmacht, keine schreitet ein. Billiges Warmes Getränke, no Names.

Definitivt inte ett 5 * hotell

Detta är definitiv inte ett 5* hotell. Hotellet var en stor besvikelse. Ala carte restaurangerna, inomhus poolen, terrass baren, konditoriet, diskot var stängda, trots att det stod att allt skulle vara öppet och kunna användas. Maten räckte inte till alla hotellgäster, och när man sa till dem, sa de att man fick äta av det som fanns kvar. Det var också väldigt långa köer när man skulle hämta mat. Man fick vänta väldigt länge. Parasollerna vid utomhus poolen var trasiga och utomhus poolen var alldeles för liten för det antal gäster som bor på hotellet. Många av personalen var ohövliga. Jag reser väldigt mycket och har rest jorden runt och bott på många 5* hotell. Jag rekommenderar absolut inte detta hotell till någon som vill bo på ett 5* hotell.
