It’s a great place for families and people who like to be around a lot of people. The staff is generously very kind, even though a few of them seemed a bit too pushy. The food is great and varied, something for every taste. Though the dining area is too big and loud. The indoor pool and gym is nice. For us it was generally too big, but we still liked our stay.

It's just okay

Hotel was fine. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean. Could do with a bit of a refreshment. Staff were nice. Food was okay. Not much selection for vegetarians. We came early in April so pool side snacks were not open. So if you miss lunch there's nothing until dinner. Coffee was terrible as its just milk and water. Not much activity going on during the day so it was a bit boring. We are english speaking people and most people in the hotel came from Germany, Dutch e.t.c so it's wasn't so good for us. We changed to another hotel which happened to be cheaper but miles ahead in terms of hotel comfort, food. Shops in the hotel are way overpriced so buy your products in the local shops. The only advantage is its near the old city in terms of exploring around. Would i return to this hotel? No sorry. Other hotels we went to were streets ahead of this one.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Fatos at the reception was very helpful and arranged a better room for us. Riza, an elderly and sweet man, played with the children and lifted everyone’s spirits. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The stay was fantastic the reception team Fatos and Yasin was amazing and very helpful. The only thing this hotel lack is there is no food available after 9 pm they should do something about this

it so bad not clean the staff is not kind there is not alot of options and what remains they preheat and you must pay for the internet and for the safe thir is one water in the lobby for the whole hotel we are definitely not recommending it to friends

Terrible...

The sheets weren't clean at all and in fact were with blood stains!!! It was the anniverwqry of the hotel and until mid-night they were shouting, dancing, making people drunk...! The kits weren't changed in the room! Even though it was all inclusive, byt the timings for check-in and lunch are the way yhat surely you will miss the main lunch in the first day! First they said ee can have lunch until 3:30 pm but then they suggested the alternatives!
The sheets had blood stains on them...

ich war das zweite mal im Side Prenses.Die Mitarbeiter (innen ) im Restaurant an der Beach Bar /Pool Bar sowie die Animateure sind absolute Spitze.Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem immer ein lächeln für ihre Gäste.Das Essen war sehr Abwechslungsreich und lecker.Das Personal an der (Rezeption )sollte freundlicher und kommunikativer sein.

Parkplatz Reservierung war Katastrophe..noch wichtiger sie haben keine richtige Kaffeemaschine Kaffee war auch nicht okey..dafür hat der türkische Kaffee gepasst und der weg zum Strand war zu weit.ansonsten hat alles gepasst sehr sehr gute schmackhafte Küche mit sehr großer Auswahl.....Personal sehr freundlich außer einer Dame an der Rezeption .... Zimmer wurden ordentlich sauber gemacht ... Insgesamt trotzdem alles super kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen...
