Fantastic Hotel that won't disappoint

This was our first time in Side so we didn't know what to expect, we found this hotel for an awesome price online and seen that the reviews were good and now we see why. This hotel was incredible, by far the best we had stayed in for a long time, you can really tell the owner puts alot of love and care into his business. The hotel was very clean all around, the pool was amazing and the room is stunning with a super comfy bed and a fantastic powerful shower. The staff here had exceptional customer service and Abraham was able to give us some great advice on where to go and what to see and just made it the best part of our holiday so thank you guys so much. We most definitely will be coming to stay here again and can't wait for that time to come.

Genel itibariyle fena değildi fakat biz otele girdiğimizde hiçbir hazırlık yoktu. Genel temizlik fena değildi fakat tuvalette bir peçete bile yoktu. Şampuan sabun falan saymıyorum bile. Bilmiyorum belki apart olduğu için yoktu ama en azından misafirlerinize bir iki küçük şampuan ve tuvalet kağıdı bırakabilirsiniz. Mini bar boştu onu anlayabiliyorum fakat diğer detaylar sıkıntı bence. Oda iki kişilik konaklama için fena sayılmazdı. Klima gayet iyiydi. Balkon kapısı kırıktı omuzlayarak açıp kapatıyorduk.

tuttuğum oda yerine mutfağı olmayan başka bir odada kalmak zorunda kaldım, giriş saatimde bu oda bile temizlenmemişti. 2 çocuğumla giriş kapısında 1 saatten fazla bekletildim. Yapılan temizlik konusunda yorum bile yapamayacağım. Yıllardır kaldığım en berbat apart otel burası oldu.

Gidince personel karşılaması yok.resepsiyondan anahtarımızı aldık. Eşyalarımızı kendimiz odamıza taşıdık. 10 gece konakladık. Temizlik için odaya gelen olmadı. Çöpleri dahi kendimiz dökmemiz gerektiği söylendi resepsiyondan. Kahvaltı dahil idi bizimki kahvaltılar cok kötü. O yok bu yok deyip duruyorlar. Olanlardan koyuyorlar. Demlenmiş çay yoktu. Sallama cay koydular. Kahvaltı kötü olunca aksam yemeği almadım, yemeği bilmiyorum. Havuzu küçük ve yetersiz, genelde çocuklar kullandı. Temiz değildi. Otele girişinizden itibaren birçok uyarı levhası var. Otele kumlu girmeyin, odada balık pisirmek yasak, saat 11 den sonraki çıkışlarda saat başına ücret alınır gibi uyarı yazıları var duvarlarda. Kliması 1+1 odaya yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları sezonluk amatör ,bir seyi 2 kere söylemek gerekiyor yaptırmak icin. Bir makine Çamasır yıkama icin 300 tl isteniyor. Asansör yok, esya taşımak zor oldu. Otel dışında araba park sıkıntısı yok. Denize 8 dk yürüyusle varıyorsunuz. Anlasmalı beach var, ücretsiz. Deniz ögleden sonra cok dalgalı ve pis. Boyunuzu gecen yerlerde temiz , iyi yüzücü olmak gerekiyor. Hanım ve cocuklar yüzemedi maalesef.

Tesis sahibi İbrahim beyin sıcak karşılamasıyla odaya alındık ailemle bayram tatili için 4gece konakladım apart dairesinin yenilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum yatak çok rahatsız mutfakta ocak değil bir tüp vardı sırayla yemekleri yapmak zorunda kaldık balkonun tavanı sanırım nemden dolayı kalkmıştı sürekli üstümüze küçük beyaz sıvalar düştü oda da klima vardı çalışıyordu banyosu da idare eder duşakabin yoktu dolayısıyla bir duş almanızla banyo su içinde kalıyordu.odaya girmeden önce temizlik yapıldı 4gün boyunca herhangi bir temizlik hizmeti almadık oda kapısına çöp torbası ve tuvalet kağıdı bırakıp gittiler tesisin küçükte bir havuzu var biz kullanmadık ama giren çocuklar vardı tesis denize çok yakın yürüyerek alt geçitten geçiyorsunuz 5-6 dk içinde denizdesiniz bizim en sevdiğimiz özelliği buydu. Odalar ve eşyalar yenilense eminim çok kaliteli bir tesis olacak fakat eşya ve oda kalitesi maalesef konfor alanında çok eksikti bunları göz önüne alarak konaklayabilirsiniz tesis sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz

Ich habe das Zimmer reserviert um dort mit meinem Freund 2 Nächte zu verbringen. Als wir einchecken wollten, war Niemand vor Ort. Wir riefen 2 mal die angegebene Nummer an - jedoch ohne das Jemand das Telefonat entgegennahm. Ein Hotelgast war uns behilflich und wusste wo sich das Personal aufhaltet. Ein älterer Mann kam raus und sagte er habe keine Reservierung erhalten ich zeigte ihm daraufhin die Bestätigung. Er meinte, dass die Buchung storniert wurde, da der Aufenthalt nicht bezahlt wurde. Ich wies ihn darauf hin, dass ich angegeben habe, den Betrag in der Unterkunft zu begleichen. Er sagte dies sei gar nicht möglich. Wir konnten somit nicht in dieser Unterkunft übernachten und mussten uns eine andere Bleibe suchen. Sehr frustrierend!!

Грубый персонал, требовали доплат

Не приезжайте раньше 14-00, требуют доплачивать за раннее заселение. Также вымогают за размещение не на нижних этажах, хотя для бронирования доступна лишь одна категория номера. Я отказался доплачивать. Сразу возникло желание побыстрее уехать из ужасного гостевого дома. Хозяин Ибрахим неадекватен, кричит и орёт, вымогает доплаты. Отсутствует комната для хранения багажа. Мою сумку без моего ведома унесли куда-то, вернулся - сумки уже не было на месте. Громко ездит грузовой лифт уже с 8 утра, сильный гул разбудит вас. Слабый напор воды в кране в туалете, нет ни душевой кабины, ни шторки, вся вода после душа остается на полу. Постельное белье всё не белое, пододеяльник был не первой свежести, не уверен стирают ли его после каждого гостя. Никто из персонала гостевого дома не носит маски, нарушая санитарные нормы. Единственная дорога перед отелем засыпана гравием, вся в глине, ходить по ней невозможно. Не рекомендую данный гостевой дом и весь тот район в целом. В номере 10 сильно гудел электрощиток и холодильник. Несколько раз за 11 дней отключалось электричество.

Остались только хорошие впечатления. Очень чистый и приятно пахнущий номер. Газовая плитка, идеально чистая посуда. Удобная кровать и достаточно удобный для сна диван. Горячая вода с хорошим напором, которую не нужно ждать. Из-за пандемии в номерах не убирались, но нам предоставили все требуемое для уборки. Туалетная бумага, мусорные пакеты приносили ежедневно. Полотенца меняют по запросу. Отзывчивые хозяева и сотрудники. Из минусов только протертая до дыр простынь на кровати и отсутствие тёплых или дополнительных одеял. В ноябре ночью было холодновато.

Уютный отдых

Удобное расположение: 10 минут пешком до пляжа, 25-30 минут до ближайшего большого супермаркета Мигрос, 5 минут до остановки автобуса. Район спокойный. Хоть рядом есть отели с анимацией, в 23 часа все стихает. Белье чистое: меняют раз в 3-5 дней. Так же делают уборку. Все сотрудники корректные, ненавязчивые, отзывчивые. В номере небольшая кухня, но со всем необходимым. Если что-то нужно, можно попросить. Для 4 человек может быть теснова-то. В ванной желательно повесить шторку для душа. Можно заказывать завтраки, еду ( не пробовали). С удовольствием вернёмся ещё! Удачи процветания!!!

Великолепно для тех, кто предпочитает апарты

Отель небольшой, бассейн чистый, вынос мусора каждый день из номера, по просьбе уберут и сменят белье. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу. Очень душевно отдохнули. В номере небольшая кухня с полнейшим набором посуды, от чашек до кастрюль, у меня дома, наверное, меньше), диваны раскладываются, по размерам как полуторка, кровать в спальне большая, удобная. 2 взр и 2 детей чувствовали себя комфортно. Свет, вода есть всегда, кондеи работают. Вай фай стабильный, мне для работы хватало вполне. Впечатления только положительные.

Første rommet vi fikk tildelt ved ankomst virket ikkje aircondition på, ga grei beskjed neste morgen om at det ikkje ble aktuelt og bo på dette rommet. Fikk raskt nytt rom med aircondition i begge rom, deretter var oppholdet greit, ganske lav standar, men til gjengjelt god service og hyggelig betjening.
