Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und leider insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl wir ein Doppelbett gebucht hatten, war unser erstes Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und zudem verschimmelt an der Wand. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, das allerdings sehr klein war. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot ist stark eingeschränkt: Cocktails, Eistee und Softdrinks wie Cola oder Fanta in Glasflaschen kosten extra. Im Zimmer gab es kein kostenloses Wasser – an der Bar kostet 1 Liter Wasser 1 Euro. Wir kamen gegen 14:30 Uhr an, das Mittagessen war bereits vorbei, und auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es erst um 16 Uhr Gebäck gibt. Dieses war jedoch nicht frisch, weshalb wir auswärts gegessen haben. Zum Strand sind es etwa 800 Meter. Der Strand selbst ist sandig, jedoch sind die Liegen alt und teilweise beschädigt. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr eintönig – vieles wurde einfach vom Mittag zum Abendessen “neu dekoriert”, aber geschmacklich war kaum Abwechslung zu erkennen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels, allerdings kann das den insgesamt schlechten Eindruck nicht ausgleichen. Dieses Hotel entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 3-Sterne-Hotels.

Otel genel olarak temizdi odamız havuz ve restoran gayet temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama akşam yemeklerini hiç beğenmedik sadece pilavın tadı güzeldi herşey çok bayat ve tatsızdı tatlılar rezalet yenmeyecek kadar kötüydü. Restoran personeli çok güler yüzlü ve sempatikti genel olarak beğendik teşekkür ederiz.

Biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz

Je vous ai déjà envoyé un courrier à ce sujet ! En fait je n’ai pas été logé dans cette hôtel, ils m’ont emmené dans un hôtel dans une rue derrière, où je n’avais pas de wi-fi dans la chambre , ce qui est un de mes critères principaux pour le choix, la fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas, la cuvette des WC n’avait pas été nettoyé, le pardouche était cassé ainsi que l’abattant des toilettes ... Le lendemain matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner j’ai été obligé d’aller jusqu’au le sélénium hôtel en faisant le tour du pâté de maison… Je n’ai jamais vu ça ce n’était pas du tout le même type d’hôtel, une véritable honte

Otele gittiğimde yarım pansiyon oldugu için öğlen yemeği veremeceklerini belirttiler. Ok sorun yok. Oda da terlik sordum yok, su sordum yarım pansiyonsunuz para ile alacaksınız dediler, şampuan sordum konseptimizde yok dediler. Ne var otelde merak ettim. Akşam yemeği başladı mı diye personele sordum evet alabilirsiniz dediler almaya başlayınca da 4 dk bar durun diyerek delirttiker. Aldığım çorbayı geri bıraktım neymiş edendim Almanlar dakikmiş bekliyormuş kızıyorlarmış. O zaman neden bana al diyorsunuz. Ekip acimiler ordusu

İlk önce otel e alınmamak için bize Bilgi verilmedi mail gelmedi diyerek 2 saat bekletildik. Bize bu para eninde sonunda ulaşır ama siz şuanda kalamazsınız diyerek paranın üzerine yatmak istemiştir. Telefonda argo, laubali konuşmalar sergileyen çalışan sonrasında bilgisayar ekranında hotels.com un mailini görmemiz üzerine a şimdi geldi diyerek işlemleri yapmaya başladı, fakat daha bitmedi onu bahane bunu bahane 1 saatte giriş işlemini anca yaptı, bize bir oda verdiler havlu eksik, sitede yazmasına rağmen bize şampuan ve terlik vermiyoruz dediler. Çok kötü hizmet, kalite ve aşırı terbiyesizlik

Hotel.com'dan rezervasyon yaptırdığım odayla hiç alakası olmayan bir oda tahsis edildi. Gece saat 01.05 civarında banyonun tavanından su damlamaya başladı ve banyo kullanılmaz duruma geldi. Sabahleyin gorevlilere söylediğimde klima suyu olduğunu iddia etmeleri karşısında şaşkına döndüm, bizimle resmen alay ettiler...Daha sonra temizlik görevlisi bayan bu sorunun uzun süredir devam ettiğini ve bir türlü çözülemediğini söyledi...Velhasıl berbat iki gece geçirdik. Bir kez daha asla bu otelde kalmayız ve hiç bir dostumuza da önermeyiz.

Rezervasyon bilgilerinin otele iletilmemesi

Otel ve calisanlar inanilmaz guler yuzlu ve yardim odakli. Ancak hotels.com uzerinden yapmis oldugumuz rezervasyon bilgileri otele iletilmedigi icin ve haftasonu hizmet vermeyisiniz yuzunden cumartesi pazari stres altinda gecirdik. otel isletmecisinin olumlu yaklasimi olmasa ve boyle rezervasyon yok diyerek bizi geri cevirebilirdi. Otel basairili ancak hotels.com bu konuda cok basarisizdi. Ustelik rezervasyon sirasinda gonderilen maildeki odenen tutar ile kartimdan cekilen tutar arasinda da fark var. cuzi bi miktar oldugu icin uzerinde durmuyorum ancak rezervasyonumuzun biz gitmeden otele iletilmemesi cok acemice.
