We were very pleased to have booked this hotel, we wanted to actuslly rest and thats exactly what we got! All the buildings have at most just a ground and 1st floor so when you look up you see the blue skies, no loud music by the pool, no rush of people anywhere like most 5* resorts with bigger room numbers that we have previously stayed in. And most impresively all the staff from the waiters to the gardeners, room keeping to kids club everyone is very polite and helpful again unlike other 5* resorts i've stayed in! Would definately reccomend and would happily go again.very clean and well kept rooms and grounds.

Wir waren als Paar ohne Kinder in einer Zeit dort, in der viele Familien mit Kindern da waren. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Super Anlage, Essen und Getränke top, am Strand wenig los. Die Kellner waren sehr engagiert, jedoch war das Englisch von den Kellnern nicht so gut ausgeprägt, was manchmal zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Deutsch wurde teilweise auch gesprochen, aber darauf haben wir keinen Wert gelegt.

Tolle Anlage, schöne pools. Rutschenpark leider für kleine kinder nicht geeignet, da selbst bei den stufen so viel wasser runter spritzt, sodass sich kleine kinder nicht durch trauen. Meer und strand sind top. Immer wieder.

Es ist wirklich ein gutes und empfehlenswertes Hotel, welches auf gewisse Aspekte unbedingt achten sollte. Vorab das Positive. Das Essen war wirklich klasse und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber leider sehr hellhörig. Der Kinderclub hat ein gutes Programm was eventuell noch etwas ausbaufähig ist. Das Osterfest war wirklich überraschend und echt schön gemacht. Kritikpunkte: Je mehr Gäste vor Ort sind, desto mehr spürt man eine gewissen Überforderung bzw. fehlende Aufmerksamkeit bei dem Servicepersonal. Teilweise waren die Gläser oder auch das Geschirr dreckig, dass aus hygienischer Sicht unbedingt beachtet werden sollte. Zudem sind die verfärbten Becher (to Go) ein No Go und sollten bei einem Hotel mit einem hohen Anspruch ausgetauscht werden. Allgemein wirkte das Servicepersonal beim Essen (insbesondere Bistro oder a la carte) sehr lethargisch und muss besser funktionieren. Abschließend, es ist wirklich ein gutes Hotel und sollte unbedingt den Servicestandard hochhalten, sodass es nicht an der noch vorhanden Qualität verliert.
