Personeel receptie erg slecht. Onvriendelijk moet flinke extra toeslag betalen per dag vanwege dat de 2e persoon van mijnh boeking Turks is. Ik heb gewoon voor 2 personen terwijl ik voor 2 personen allinclusief betraald heb. Moest betalen anders werd van hun kan alles geannuleerd. Nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Reis al jaren met zelfde persoon nooit dit gehoort van ander hotel.
