The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel.

We have had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is nice , we were welcomed with fruits and wine in our room and drinks in a mini fridge. Staff working hard and helpful whenever required. However, there was a language barrier they only spoke russian or german. Food - large choice of dishes, some repetitive. However, every night, there were new options plus freshly grilled bread, veg mix, something for everyone. Late night soup available until 1am. Turkish night was great with lots of traditional dishes to try. Every night during the day, entertainment was provided by the animation team. Over all we had a lovely holidays hope to be back again. Thank you Aramas Hotel.

Excellent vacation with a great entertainment program for children and adults ,a clean pool ,massage and hamam were wonderful.One minus almost no seafood.Show programs are amazing.It wasn’t boring.

Wer kein russisch kann und nicht wie eine russische Frau aussieht, kann nämlich lange warten auch wen man nur einen Wasser haben möchte. Personal an den Pool Bereich sehr unfreundlich , genervt und ständig wird man böse angeschaut. Von 10 Uhr bis 23 Uhr, mit eine kleine Pause Mittags, nur lautes Musik. Also nichts für Familie die sich erholen möchten.

Aileler için uygun ve makul fiyatlı bir otel

Genel olarak fena değil yemek yenilen yer aşırı sıcak havuz etrafı çok şezlongla dolu olduğundan dip dibe ve havuza çok yakınsınız denize girmek için biraz yürümeniz lazım yemekler malzeme konusunda hiç sıkıntı yok ama lezzet konusunda bir tık eksik var tatlılar hep aynı çıkıyor meyve sebze bol miktarda mevcuttu konum ve otel düzeni güzel sayılabilir genele vurursak 5 üzerinden 4 yada 4.5 olabilir

Tesisten genel olarak memnun kaldık. Yemekler orta düzeydeydi. Rahat rahat doyarsınız. Personellerden bazıları güleryüzlü, bazıları felaket suratsızdı. Tesis odaları ve genel olarak çok temizid. Saunayı kullandık fakat hamamda sabunlanıp sürtünemiyorsunuz. Koşa koşa gelip sürtünmeniz yasak dediler. Sadece kafanızdan su dökebiliyorsunuz yani. Yıkanılamayan hamam icat etmişler. Hamam ve bazı personellerin suratsızlığı haricinde her şey çok iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığı ile tatil planlayabilirsiniz.

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand lädt keineswegs zum Verweilen ein, es ist dreckig und die Liegen viel zu nah aneinander, zudem sind es zu wenig. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, auch hier vieles veraltet. Hauptsächlich sind russische Gäste im Hotel, darauf ist auch alles ausgerichtet. Das Restaurant und Essen war ok und gut. Es finden Themenabende im Hotel statt.

Понравилось: 1. Гибкий график въезда и выезда. У нас самолет прилете после полуночи. Пока добрались до отеля было после 2 часов ночи. Вселились без проблем. Обратный рейс был в 2 часа ночи. За дополнительную плату мы остались в отеле до 10 часов вечера и не пришлось сидеть 12 часов в авиапорту с чемоданами. 2. Анимация (было весело и душевно). 3. Наличие интернета на всей территории отеля. 4. 5 минут ходьбы до моря. 5. Приятная атмосфера. Что можно улучшить: 1. Уборку комнат. 2. Добавить хотя бы еще одно мясное блюдо и бисквитный десерт в меню.

Mein Zimmer wurde nicht täglich geputzt und wenn nur sporadisch, teilweise noch wie am Vortag. Beim essen, kaum hat man seinen Tischplatz verlassen um nachschub zu holen, ist der Tisch schon komplett abgeräumt und der Platz ist weg. Sowas geht absolut gar nicht

Les chambres sont belles et propres. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et avenant! Le restaurant propose du choix à chaque repas! Seul point négatif le snack qui ne propose que des frites/hamburger/nuggets j’aurais aimé quelque chose de plus healthy même s’il propose tout de même quelques fruits et à côté des gozlemes. La mer est à quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un super séjour et les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés!

Für viel Alkohol trinker aber nichts für Familien.

Also für Familien die sauberes Hotel möchten sollten sich was anderes suchen. Bad ist renoviert alles schön aber dreckig man ekelt sich einfach. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht sehr sauber und All inclusive ja aber es gibt 2-3 Sorten an Essen. Es ist mehr für russische Landsleute gedacht die viel Alkohol trinken daher nichts für Familien. Anlage ist auch wie Labyrinth man weiß gar nicht wo was ist. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

И так, прошла неделя после нашего возвращения домой, и почти по свежим следам делюсь впечатлениями от поездки. Сразу скажу: НАМ ОЧЕНЬ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ! А было нас 5 человек: 3 взрослых и 2 детей, и все довольны до соплей. Хорошие впечатления начались сразу как-только мы переступили порог отеля: чисто, красиво,прохладненько. И, как говорится, кадры решают всё. На респшене сразу же попали в ловко расставленные сети двух очаровательных девчушек из, кажется,Казахстана. Хоть мы и приехали в 9-00, а заселение только в 14-00, они сразу же окольцевали нас браслетами, чтобы мы еще до заселения позавтракали и отобедали, как нормальные аборигены, убрали чемоданы на хранение, подключили нам вай-фай и прочая-прочая-прочая. Мило, приветливо, доброжелательно.
