Outstanding staff and service. Especially, Ms. Yami, she makes us feel at home and she exceeds our expectations. All staff work hard to clean the rooms and all areas clean and neat. Staff excellent service and helpfull.Nice pool and quite garden.Carefull when you book the owner hold to hotel same name except Lodge and Guest House,both taxis drivers have hard time to found when i arrived and when i went out specially Guest House also far for every convienence 15 min walk except a small Superexpress at 2 min. Night time no light sign for the hotel harder to found just remember the right Superexpress

Big shoutout to Bryan, Victoria and all the staff here. They were super friendly and accomodating during my first day in Nicaragua, making me feel welcome and helping me to settle in to the country. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and being looked after. Big shoutout to Bryan who helped me to practice my Spanish, order delivery food and organise my transport to Popoyo. You’re the man Bryan! Muchas gracias. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just one night as a layover before traveling on from Managua, and had a great experience. Beautiful pool, they have drinks for purchase, so we spent a great afternoon just hanging out. Also there was an air conditioner in the room which was a nice treat! There are several restaurants within a very close walk to eat, and the staff helped us arrange an airport taxi both to pick us up and then to bring us back to a very early flight the next morning. All in all was exactly what we needed!
