"This is a five star property.First, Emma and Mark are wonderful hosts. Everything about our stay was superb, and they left us the most thoughtful local gifts.The property is nothing short of stunning. The view literally have to be seen to be believed. It looks like AI but is very much real. It's also a very comfortable house for large groups (we were a group of six), the internet is fast (I had to work on several days), and they are dog friendly which is key for us.The location is perfect for exploring the Island.There are plenty of stores in the area, and Langford has a Thrifty (very nice grocery store) and BC Liquor store.I cannot recommend this property enough; truly one of the best we've ever rented via VRBO."

Ms. Davenport was extremely friendly and very helpful.The only downside was how far it was from stores, sights, etc. The drive down the mountain, although breathtakingly beautiful, was a concern...the roads are winding, full of deer and fast drivers."

"This is a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended. All in our party would have liked to stay a few more days to fully enjoy the amenities which will become more numerous we were told such as kayaking and windsurfing. The only negative was no on board means of doing our laundry and internet and television access was not working but we were there to escape and unplug which we were able to do easily."
