The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was located near gate 318. The room was dirty, not sure if they clean it after every guest. The washroom was probably done in 80's. Would not recommend it to anyone

Does the job. It’s not an expensive hotel and suited to solo travellers or those on a budget. Staff are nice and helpful. Location relative to the Haram is fantastic. There are a couple of markets close by as well.

A convenient stay in Madina

Got Haram view, close to haram gate, easy access, clean the room upon request. Provide basic supplies regularly... towel, soap, in room tea coffee stuff.

The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs.

Avoid this hotel if you are traveling from the west like UK, US etc, the standard is not that great for people who are used to the standards in the western countries. They get majority of their customers through travel agents from developing countries and so have very low standards plus location is great as it is only 5mins walk away from the masjid Nabawi. Therefore they can't be bothered making any improvements. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn't very welcoming. He handed us 2 cards and just expected us to find our way to the room. Had to ask for free wifi 2 times. Upon reaching the room, there was no wifi signal at all and upon asking the neighbouring rooms they all had the same issue. The hotel management refused to offer us a solution and instead made excuses. There was no toilet paper roll, no towels, no water, no internet. Not the worst hotel but definitely not worth the price.

Little gem

Close to Ali masjid. Easy walk to masjid Nabawi. Enough food places nearby. Cheap and cheerful. All the lifts and the AC worked. Clean shower room. Star level is correct.

Would not recommend at all. Apart from the proximity to the mosque, there are no plus points. Elevators are extremely slow, staff is rude and not responsive (they’ll just pretend not to understand you and reception will never pick up the phone). The rooms are not cleaned properly. Lots of garbage under the beds and dirty carpets. The bathroom is AWFUL. Smelly, small and the tub is tiny. They provide shower gel and shampoo OUTSIDE the shower by the sink. They don’t even provide hand soap. Did not have a good experience at all. Spend a little bit extra and go somewhere else. Not worth the price
