Minha estadia foi muito boa. O Hotel é muito bem localizado em uma rua muito tranquila. Aliás, tudo em Àguas Calientes é muito tranquilo.

É um hotel bem simples, estava limpo e acredito que seja esse o padrão da região. Nosso problema foi que a internet não funcionou em nenhum dos dias que estivemos em Águas Calientes e o café da manhã é bem fraco, nem sei se posso considerar pão com manteiga e café um dejejum

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto, teniendo la reserva confirmada, al llegar dicen que no tienen confirmación de hotels.com, algo totalmente falso, no dándome ninguna solución y con una actitud desagradable y mal educada. Todo esto tarde en la noche. Ante la amenaza de llamar a la policía ya que no entregaban ni libro de reclamaciones ni justificante que no tenían mi reserva y al ver que realmente llamé a la policía, me reubicaron en otro establecimiento. El motivo por el que no tuve mi habitación: la ocuparon a un precio superior al que tenían en Hotels.com

Ficamos duas noites que foram muito mal dormidas devido a barulhos altos causados pelos próprios funcionários do hotel durante a madrugada arrastando cadeiras, mexendo em utensílios de cozinha, etc. O hotel não tem proteção acústica nenhuma e os funcionários não se importam em tomar qualquer cuidado nem em respeitar o sono dos hóspedes. A privacidade é outro ponto negativo. Os quartos são pequenos e em sua maioria com janelas voltadas à áreas comuns do hotel. (Escadas, área de circulação) Se você abrir a janela corre o sério risco de ter sua privacidade invadida. Como o hotel mal tem A/C nos quartos é torcer para estar frio ou cozinhar lá dentro. O café da manhã é terrível. As 07:00 da manhã já não havia nada para comer e o café estava gelado. Pedimos café ao funcionário do hotel e ele requentou o café frio. Não há secador, geladeira ou sequer gelo à disposição dos hóspedes. O único ponto positivo é a localização. De resto é roubada.

Nossa experiência no Inka House foi razoável. Os funcionários eram mto atenciosos e simpáticos. O hotel era bem localizado. O nosso problema foi com o banheiro. O banheiro tinha um vidro jateado que dava pro corredor. Ou seja, as pessoas que passavam pelo corredor conseguiam ver a nossa silhueta no banheiro. Achamos mto estranho e desconfortável. O chuveiro ñ esquentava e mudaran a gnt de quarto. No outro quarto tinha uma janela, tb, no banheiro que dava pro corredor. Rsrsrsrsr E, nesse caso, se alguém passasse no andar de cima ñ ia ver só a silhueta, ñ. Pedimos pra tampar a janela e os funcionários colocaram papel A4. Até que deu certo. Nossa reserva era de apenas uma noite nesse hotel.

Pontos bons e ruins.

Me colocaram em um quarto do lado da recepção, foram apagar as luzes já era quase meia-noite, e mesmo com as luzes apagadas o quarto não fica totalmente escuro, foi bem ruim essa parte e pra piorar o recepcionista ficou escutando música sem fone de ouvido até tarde, eu achei sem noção porque ele sabia que tinham hospedes no quarto que é literalmente do lado da recepção, era óbvio que daria pra escutar. Além disso, precisei pedir um papel higiênico pois tinha acabado e precisava usar o banheiro momentos antes de ir embora, o rapaz da recepção falou que uma noite seria só um papel higiênico, eu fiquei sem acreditar kkk tive que ser incisiva e falar que eu precisava do papel e ele foi lá e pegou na má vontade, achei ridículo isso. Fora esses ponto desagradáveis, o hotel é limpo, a localização é boa pq a cidade é bem pequena, o café da manhã é simples mas pra mim suficiente, e o preço é justo.
