Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. Great place.
No water all day. Could not use bathrooms. Or take shower. They moved me to another room next day but really nothing was good. Staff was nice but they couldn’t do anything about it
It was terrible. I was booked for 5 nights and left after 3 so I could have a hot shower & with soap! There was black mold on th walls, no hot water, no soap, the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. There was only one towel and the pillows were terrible. I wasn't expecting much, but this was very disappointing. This was not a 3 star hotel, barely a 2!!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The shower didn’t have full door the water was all over the bathroom.
It's a shame this was the only property where we've had problems in Peru. Room 305 - the lampshade didn't work, the bathroom had no door in the bathing area (the bathroom got wet everytime we took a shower), the water of the shower was very unstable (all of a sudden strong, then weak, then too cold, then too hot - my husband got burned once), there was no cleaning/maintenance in the room, even if we had complained since the first moment we got in the room and 2 other times later. The breakfast was good, but the area was dirty and messy because there was only 1 person working there during breakfast time.
But the bed and the room size were good. Towels and sheets were good too.
By the time of checkout, we complained once again and claimed for a discount, considering all the problems and poor quality of the room/service, and the manager gave us one free lunch (at least she did this).
Por el precio existes mucho mejores, check out terrible demasiado temprano, ni siquiera una botella de agua la cama sucia, pero aguas calientes en general es así malo y caro.
