Os recepcionistas e os funcionários são pessoas bastante acolhedoras e educadas. Porém existem algumas melhorias para serem realizadas, o sistema da cancela do estacionamento é bem complicado, não lê bem o QR code, o quarto que ficamos achamos o chão bastante úmido.

Café da manhã se tornou um gatilho para ansiedade; Entrar e/ou sair do estacionamento é uma odisseia (com frequência dá defeito no equipamento q libera a entrada e saída de veículos), DETALHE, paga-se pelo aborrecimento diário; Algumas fechaduras dos quartos já estão ultrapassadas, o mecanismo eletrônico libera a porta, mas gira-se a maçaneta e a porta NÃO abre (o pessoal da "manutenção" vê, até ajuda a abrir a porta com defeito, mas, mesmo assim, não consertam ou trocam o hóspede de acomodação, permanecendo a porta com defeito e, lógico, sendo motivo de transtornos até o final da estadia). Enfim, a sensação q se tem é q não existe uma gerência q veja essas e outras muitas não conformidades e ao menos tentasse mitigá-las. Pois, ao final, quem mais é impactado é quem menos poderia ser: o/a hóspede, o/a cliente/consumidor a razão de ser de todo e qualquer estabelecimento comercial e de serviços.
