Hotel agradável, perto da praia

Hotel agradável, perto da praia e lugares turísticos, como: A bodega, feira de artesanato, barzinho, restaurantes...Localidade nota 10. Funcionários excelentes, cafe da manha mais ou menos. Um ponto franco: passei 4 dias no hotel e não trocaram as toalhas, então solicitei q as trocassem e fui prontamente atendida.

Hotel com otima localizacao e cordialidade...mas de resto...cama ruim lencois cheio de bolinhas...mesa do cafe da manha de plastico balancando...sala abafada o unico ventilador estava quebrado....o piso irregular quem tem dificuldades para andar...inviavel...e cheio de remendos...o minimo que se espera de uma cidade tao linda quanto maceio...e uma pousada simples mas charmosa arrumada...pelo preco existe na regiao outras opcoes com precos semelhantes e mais cuidadas e aconchegantes....falta investir um pouco com carinho para receber bem o turista...nao estava procurando luxo...sim conforto comodidade e cama com lencol decente

Muito receptiva por parte dos funcionários. O problema foi que demorou muito a negociação na reserva pelo menos uns 30 minutos quando fechei e cheguei creio a me confundi pois, achei que iria para outra pousada e não entendi pq acabei indo para essa outra por acaso. Onde seria a hotel pousada alagoana, mais enfim deu tudo certo. Fomos muito bem tratados para quem quer algo simples vale a pena. Já passou e seguimos viagem.

quando chegamos, encontramos o lençol da coma sujo com pelos humanos (cabelo), o banheiro com atampa do vaso muito velha, se decompono e falta de água. não havia lençois para troca.

Ótimo custo benefício

Prós: Ótima localização, a poucos metros do mar, no melhor bairro para se ficar na orla de Maceió. Café da manhã simples porém tudo muito gostoso. Limpeza sempre impecável. Pessoal sempre muito solícito e cordial. Contras: Poderiam melhorar a roupa de cama. A cama do nosso quarto era bem barulhenta. Poderiam colocar roteadores melhores pois o sinal do wi-fi é bem fraco. Resumindo, a pousada é simples porém bem aconchegante. Diria que ela é ideal para quem vai com a intenção de curtir e conhecer a cidade, e não com a intenção de passar a maior parte do dia na pousada.

Excelente o atendimento tanto do proprietário quanto dos empregados da pousada, muito solícitos, deixou muitíssimo a desejar o acesso a internet, o WI-FI era horrível, mesmo reclamando nada foi resolvido durante a estadia, a manutenção do quarto deixou a desejar em relação ao BWC, vaso sanitário solto, propicio a ocorrer acidente, box do chuveiro, vazava água para fora, molhando o piso.
