The food options worked well for us and it was a fun surprise to be able to meet Pocohantas and Goofy on property. We will definitely return on our next visit to Hong Kong!"

I was offered an upgrade by email the day before but on arrival the hotel was apparently fully booked. As an IHG member I expected better service."
