Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out. Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting. I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry. "This establishment is not affiliated to the Treebo chain. Flush in the toilet was not working in the morning. Reported the issue to the staff who did absolutely nothing about it. Rooms were not clean. Avoid this one."
