  • Lovely view of old Lviv from the top of the tower in the center of Ploscha Rynok. That's the Latin Cathedral, one of the oldest still-active churches in the city. To climb the tower, go up the first four flights of stairs to the ticket desk. The way is clearly marked with signs in multiple languages, including English. At the desk, pay 10 hrivna and then keep climbing up, up, and up until you reach the open deck at the top of the tower. Then enjoy the view!

Charming Comfort in the Heart of Lviv

My weekend at On The Square Hotel in Lviv was nothing short of incredible. Nestled right on Rynok Square, the location couldn’t be more ideal for exploring the city’s vibrant culture and architecture. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was cozy with tasteful décor and a view that felt like a postcard. We already had high expectations, but were still positively surprised. A lot of thoughts have been put into details, for example there are no plastic bottles, but instead a machine to get filtered water any time. Our room was very clean and well designed, we were sad to leave it in the end.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. They already had robes, slippers and amenity kits in the room, so there was no need to ask for them. Overall, I will stay here again when I come to Lviv.

Perfect hotel for exploring Lviv

Had a wonderful stay the first time with my mum and returned for another stay with my partner. The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring the city. I love the simple and elegant decor, staff are always friendly and helpful, room temperature always spot on (no matter the weather). Breakfast in bed was delicious (takeaway packaging has its charm too). There is water cooler on each floor. Toiletries smelt amazing and were eco friendly. I can’t recommend a better hotel with such a perfect location and reasonable price. Will be staying again and again!

Receptionist spoke perfect English and was nice

This place is newly remodeled so the rooms smell brand new. The location was is right in the middle of all the action. My favorite part about this place was their staff. They spoke perfect English, they were super friendly and very helpful. I absolutely loved it here and i will be back again

Top Location, luxury rooms and a world class staff

The price, the quality, the level of service and the location of this hotel can't be beat. For that reason i decided to stay a second time this month. When i arrived to check in, Maria the receptionist greeted me by name and said "it's nice to see you again" her and all the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a small problem with the temperature in my room and the night receptionist ( i forgot her name ) immediately responded and without hesitation, she moved me to a different room. The cleaning ladies and construction workers were also very welcoming greeting me each time i walked by. I felt so at home at this place and i am so grateful for their hospitality. Furthermore, Lviv is an incredible city to experience. The people out here are so genuine and really take care of one another. Its one of the finest cities ive ever visited and i I highly recommend it. Slava Ukraini!
