Adorable, recently renovated home in town with a 3 block walk to the beach! Sleeps 10. Spacious backyard. Grill provided. Front porch (partially enclosed). Three bedrooms/1.5 bath - Main bath has a shower and a separate tub. Take advantage of the close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stop at House of Flavors for amazing ice cream. Take a hike on one of the many trails at the Ludington State Park. Watch The Badger come in at sunset. Walk the pier to the lighthouse. Watch the incredible sunsets from Stearns Beach! Have a picnic at one of the city parks or water spray park. So many things to do...a week won’t be enough!

Great location to downtown Ludington and the beach. House has lots of great spaces to hang out, couches are super comfy and the porch and back yard were great as well. Enjoyed our trip very much, great neighborhood.

The location was awesome! Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Loved both the open and inclosed porches. Nice backyard with a grill and fire pit. Nice surprise to find bicycles and beach toys in the garage for renters use. Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time. The property was well appointed with towels, dishes and everything we needed. The location close to Stearns Beach was very convenient. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we're sorry to go, and hopeful to come back in the future. The only complaint was that the trip wasn't longer - the best kind of vacation. Also, communication with the host was extremely good!

Excellent place to stay!

The house was clean, comfortable, and contained all listed amenities. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the downtown area and the beach quickly, the neighborhood was nice, and it wasn't difficult to find.

Great location and stay! House isn’t very toddler proof but there’s so much to do outside of the house that we almost forgot! Everything was very clean and spacious. Beautiful home! Mark was great to communicate with. We ended up breaking a patio chair on accident and he was very understanding. Great host with great communication!

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for a little winter getaway with friends. We went hiking at Ludington State Park during the day as well as a lantern lit hike at night. This place was great to come back to and eat, play games and sleep.

Perfect House & Perfect Location

The property was spotless, which is a must for me, the front porch was the perfect place to spend a morning, or afternoon, or evening for that matter. So close to the water, it made it easy to go to watch the sunset over the lake. The owner was very easy to deal with, so much so that I would stay here again in the future. Overall a perfect place to spend a few days.

This property was amazing! Very cozy and had everything you could possibly need available including blankets, pillows, games, utensils, plates/cups, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location and this host. Charming and conveniently located

The owner Mark was prompt and helpful when questions were asked. The house was within walking distance to downtown and the beach. We had a great time hiking and walking down the pier at the beach to go up in the lighthouse. It was a great trip and I would stay there again.
