The resort is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s easily one of the best hotels in the area for this price range, great value for money. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The staff are absolutely lovely. I accidentally broke a table trying to take a selfie and I was saying there because I am in a very unsafe and scary situation. They were extremely kind to me. Thank you Venus staff.

Absolutely amazing staff, super helpful and kind! Had an amazing time, came with family and hotel was super clean, great location, lots of parking, free wifi, amazing service and pool and spa were great! The beds were incredibly comfy and the rooms were spotless! Overall amazing and would definitely come back! I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Only downside was the bed was too firm for us, everything else was great.... Heads up - the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet & the shower door (glass) opens onto the toilet (needs a bumper/stopper)

The place was newly renovated, which made it really nice and clean. The bathroom design was amazing! Unfortunately, there was no kitchen sink, which made washing glasses and dishes quite challenging. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. Would have been great if the spa was warm. Overall, our overnight stay was worth it and will definitely come back!

We really liked our stay and would have given a 5 star. The staff were friendly and the rooms are clean and new. I just a few minor issue with some water accumulating near the bathroom door and I almost slipped. Aside from that everything was all good.

The bath tub, but I had to scrub myself. The water was dirty coming out of the taps. All of our belongings were wet when we woke up due to the leaking roof wasn’t a pleasant wake up surprise

Renovation Nightmare

Renovations were occurring in most units with noise throughout the night keeping us awake. Cords and rubbish were a workplace health and safety concern as trip hazards everywhere around the outside. Not a very good location.
