Nice and easy from beginning of the trip to the end. Rooms are small but that's to be expected. Room was clean and on a quieter street

Great stay

It was a nice stay for 1 night, bed was comfy enough, room was compact but cosy and didn't feel claustrophobic. Checking in was smooth and receptionist pleasent and friendly. The little step into the bathroom caught me off gaurd, i understand why it's there as it's a wet floor shower, maybe a sign saying mind the step might be helpful just to draw attention to it. Only one cup with tea and coffee station. Didn't end up using though so didn't matter to us. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again we saw wicked and this was only 8 minutes walk from the victoria Apollo theatre

Worth the price

After getting past the glassed in reception the place feels very homey and safe. It’s clean, larger rooms and the window as great. They provide shampoo, soap, and coffee. The shower is the entire bathroom so that was interesting for someone travelling from North America although it’s common in the UK. Despite what the listing says there’s no breakfast option anymore. The room was a bit loud both from steer traffic and other rooms. Overall convenient, safe and affordable.

No thrills, does a job for a night or two.

It was fine. Booked for one night twin room for a mate and I. Just needed a place to crash for the night and could have a shower. It's no thrills, obviously some of the decor is a bit tired and lacks in certain areas. But if you just need a base for a night or two and on a budget then this does this job.

It is a modest hotel, small rooms, friendly staff, breakfast only cereal with milk, and, or tea, coffee. For two days of supposedly low cost, about 130 pounds per night acceptable

Me and my son stayed here just to do some sight seeing around London. The staff were really nice, we dropped our bags early and they put them in our room ready for when we got back. They were also happy to look after them after we checked out to collect before we got our train home. The room was clean, we had a good nights sleep. I would happily stay here again. Perfect, cheap and cheerful.

Staff were really friendly and hotel is in a good location. Only issue we had was the shower had no doors or curtain or even a border on the floor so the whole floor of the bathroom got really wet everytime we had a shower. Not sure if it was just our room but other than that everything was good.

Decent Stay for the Price

The hotel is in a handy location, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s a comfy and quiet place to sleep. The bed is good, but the small bathroom can make showering a bit tricky due to water splashing. They don’t serve breakfast, but you can get a cup of coffee. It’s an okay choice for the price, just keep your expectations in check

Cheap, but great value for money.

This was one of the cheapest rooms I could find with an ensuite in London so I wasn't expecting much. The room was tiny, but perfectly fine as I only needed a bed and loo. Carpet has seen better days but the room was clean and tidy. The guy on reception was very friendly. Keep your expectations that this is a cheap, single room in London and you can't go far wrong.

Paid for a double room and the bed clearly wasn’t a double, tv was so small couldn’t see it from bed and paid a lot more compared surrounding bigger branded hotels, if you are a larger person don’t book as won’t get through the doors, card machine wasn’t working properly and had to make 3 seperate payments, the gentleman on the front was helpful and the room was clean hence why got 2 stars

Not the best night's sleep.

We were in room 14. Small room with all the amenities. TV remote wouldn't work but was changed as soon as I reported the problem. Unfortunately the room directly above us had VERY squeaky floorboards and the occupants walked around throughout the night/early morning.

The room in its entirety was extremely small. No closet, no real amenities. Shower/ bathroom was tiny, my partner was unable to stand up in the shower they are 6’2in height. The bed was basically springs covered in a sheet, pillows were extremely flat. The room was clean and conveniently located to Victoria station. Decent food options in the area and east to get to places from. If you are looking for comfort or space we would not reccomend this location.

Booked the hotel through ebookers from Finland. The ad was a scam. It certainly looked better average 3 star hotel in their advertisment but reality was horrible. This was not a hotel. The whole place was hazard.Dirty and noisy.Horribly uncomfortable. Beds were old and broken. In our room you couldn't close the door when inside toilet as the toilet was wrongly placed. In the other room you went inside through the toiled!!All the time was scared to fall through the stairs as the wood was weak. Floor in the shower was very slippery and it flooded. Our visit started by asking to change clean and spotless sheets as they were clearly so dirty. Towels were old and looking dirty. No microwave to heat meals. Breakfast was cereals and instant coffee or tea and there were toasters but no bread to put in. Staff washed dishes by hand.Only wiped them with dirty towel. We paid about 500e 3 nights. Where was the garden promised in the ad?? For god sake what a welcome to england. Never again.
