The room was lovely and spacious. We greatly appreciated the warm welcome and fruit plate as well! Some confusion was had between the two staff members regarding a “complimentary” upgrade vs paying for one and of course we had to pay for what was stated to be complimentary. Otherwise great stay and loved the balcony.

Overall, Roseate House is in a prime location, and the staff is wonderful, their attention to detail and helpfulness makes the experience. My room was a little outdated compared to the pictures advertised, but I think that was an exception. The property overall was gorgeous, and situated perfectly in Paddington.

A beautiful hotel ideally situated near Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious (for London!). Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. The only issue was no hot water in the morning which was down to a fault which was being fixed when we checked out. These things happen and the staff were very apologetic and gave us breakfast at no extra charge. If you like character boutique hotels, this is for you.

highly recommend staying in this fabulous place! We were on the sixth floor gorgeous views would totally choose to stay there again if we revisit London! The staff was super helpful, super friendly, and we could not have had a better stay in London! So close to Paddington Station for access to trains to the airport & other places.
