The room was dirty when we checked in. There were toenail clippings in the bathroom and hairs in the shower. The WiFi did not work but the location was very convenient. It was near transportation options for the airport and very walkable.

Room did not have plug in for CPAP machine next to bed. Only had plug-ins for phones. Requested extension cord advised to buy one - hotel did not have one. Ended up moving smaller bed closer to TV so I could plug in machine. Cannot sleep without aide of my machine so this was a significant concern that we were surprised had not been addressed previously - design flaw with room. Hotel allowed us to check in an hour early for a fee. This all said we liked everything else about hotel, including food service and location. Staff are friendly.

We had a very good stay here - Family of 4 we booked the quadruple room. We took the package with breakfast included and that worked out great. Good selection of breads - eggs - cereal and more location is very convenient with multiple public transit options and lots of places are walkable. Staff is great and helpful. Totally recommend staying here.

Gute Lage in einer kleinen zurückversetzten Seitenstraße mit Bürogebäuden (keinerlei Verkehrslärm). Viele touristische Ziele können zu Fuß erreicht werden. U-Bahn-Station Blackfriars in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstücksservice. Seltenst Wartezeit beim Frühstück, da ausreichende Anzahl an Tischen. Auswahl beim Frühstück entsprach angebotenem englischen Frühstück. Auch bei spätem Erscheinen waren noch alle Lebensmittel stets verfügbar. Gänge teils hellhörig wie in vielen Hotels üblich (Türgeräusch beim automatischen Türschließen, laute Leute auf dem Gang, ...), jedoch absolut zumutbares Ausmaß. Unser Zimmer entsprach dem Premier Inn-Standard und war kaum "abgewohnt" (selbst Badfugen waren nigelnagelneu.). Mehrere kleine Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Für mich ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Londonaufenthalt.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. A due passi dalla metro e a 10 minuti a piedi da Covent Garden. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto cortese. Ottima colazione. Unico difetto bisogna richiedere il riassetto della stanza e il cambio asciugamani.
