Great for getting to Heathrow

One night stay before flying from Heathrow Terminal 2 early in the morning. Very pleasant stay. Excellent hourly shuttle bus service to the airport.

We stayed here for one night due to picking up a relative from Heathrow Terminal 2 early the next morning. The service at the bar wasn’t great. There didn’t seem to be anyone serving and we waited a long time before being served. But the food did come out quite quickly which made up for the slow service to begin with. We used the hoppa bus to Terminal 2 which was £10 return for each adult or £5.50 for a single ticket. That journey took less than 10mins. The room was clean and tidy. The overnight parking charge was £16 which i thought was a little bit pricey! We would stay here again but we did get lost finding the hotel so maybe not as that made our journey there a bit stressful. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Good position for Heathrow but disappointing.

We felt that the Hotel was in need of some investment. It was showing it´s age. It was cold and the windows were always steamed up. The bedding (pillows) smelt bad and we waited 2 hours for a tea bag to come, eventually fetching it ourselves. The breakfast was not good. Super local Indian restaurants in the village. We will not stay here again.

great Hotel

it was just an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Very nice and clean hotel with great rooms. The only disappointment is they forgot my early morning call which could have been disastrous if I had missed my flight.

Can't go wrong staying at this Holiday Inn!

Whenever I fly out of Heathrow I always stay at the Holiday Inn M4/J4. It is a very nice place with courteous and helpful staff. It is close to the airport, with frequent shuttle buses to and from the terminals. Good food and a great continental breakfast will hit the spot too!

This booking was for my sister honeymoon , I mean it was her first night ,,, hotel people gave the room to someone else ,, and when they reached hotel they said we don’t have any room which u booked ,,, now if they want to stay or not ,, we didn’t have any other option then they have as standard double room with 2 single bed it’s worst ever ,,, I always book my rooms from hotel.com ,, in future m thinking of leaving you

Old and tired hotel

Main restaurant was closed, bar food was extremely average and they added an extra item to my bill. The room was very dated and you could see just how tired the hotel exterior was from the window. Only one parking space available (luckily) and was greeted with a £24 bill to use it upon arrival although no warning of this in advance. Avoid.

Absolutely amazingly comfortable bed, room service food excellent, staff super accommodating. I stayed at the hotel because it’s very close to Heathrow airport and I had early flight the next morning. Taxi waiting for me (staff ordered for me at my request the night before) at 6:30 A.M. and check out took 30 seconds. Definitely recommend this hotel.
