Clean and quiet

The hotel was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk attendant Josh was so helpful he recommended a few restaurants and gave me directions to the subway. It a walking neighborhood and very safe

The carpet in the room was stained and looked dirty. The bed linens were old and the towels were really awful. There was no conditioner which has never happened to me. The bathroom was dated. We booked a two twin bed room and they tried to give us a room in the basement which was moldy and dark. Hotel.com called them and they moved us to the 5th floor (the rep from Hotel.com was excellent. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and so helpful. I would give the staff a 5 star review.
