    The compact kitchenette includes a two-ring hob, microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, and kettle, offering added convenience throughout your stay. The studio also includes a private bathroom for your exclusive use.

    Guests are also welcome to enjoy the property's shared amenities, including a fully equipped communal kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge, and laundry facilities, providing additional space and convenience throughout their stay.

    Guests have exclusive access to their private studio, complete with a compact kitchenette, private bathroom, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing light meals and snacks.

    In addition to the private studio, guests are welcome to use the property's communal facilities, including a fully equipped shared kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge, and shared laundry facilities, providing extra space and convenience throughout their stay.

    We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

    This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

    This accommodation is located within a hotel-style building where each room, studio, or apartment is privately occupied. Guests have exclusive use of their own accommodation while sharing selected communal facilities, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and laundry room.

    Please note that you may encounter other guests in the building's shared spaces during your stay.

    Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

    There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300.

    We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
