It's nice to feel welcome by a kind team. The room was really clean, modern. The fridge is a plus. I missed just a little bit an iron. But it's a detail. The location is super great. I recommend and will come again for sure.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely comfortable bed with crisp white sheets and good shower with plenty of hot water. Everything was perfect and my only comment would be that the walls are a little thin and I could hear residence in the next rooms but earplugs sorted that! I was very glad that there was little road noise or passing trains.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. The location is ideal for exploring and the owner is very obliging, looking after my luggage after I checked out. The only slight issue was late night noise but that was due to inconsiderate guests.

Great location!

Awesome hotel and really great location close to many trains/tubes! Main complaint was the water turned on and off and there was little soap bars provided for each person for the trip but the cleaning staff took them away each day so by the end of our trip we had not soap or shampoos or anything left.

A really decent room for a good price. I liked having a mini sitting room next to the beds and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Good location near Shepherds bush station. My only suggestion would be to have a quieter closing on the front door, as I was on the ground floor and I could hear it slam every time someone came in and out

Welcoming staff on reception. I was in a top floor room, no lift (that I saw). The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little worn in paves e.g hole in the wall, some parts of the carpet discoloured, edges to carpets not finished. However, it was cheap and cheerful. All facilities worked, kettle, tea, milk etc provided, clean towels and bedding, comfortable bed and tv.

We arrived very, very early, and were greeted by someone who was clearly asleep. They refused to let us in, said check-in wasn't until 2 pm, and literally kicked us out of the place by pushing the door on us. We returned at 2 pm, and the person at the counter was completely different and extremely friendly.
