Very friendly & pleasant staff; Reception allowed early check in so that was really helpful. Location is fantastic, stones throw from Marble Arch & Oxford St. Quiet, comfortable sleep. Room was basic but, it was clean, tidy & had everything we needed. Would stay agin. Thanks

Very old and dated hotel. Ideally suited for Hyde Park hence why we used it. For a one night stop over where you are spending minimum time in the room it's ok. Bed and hot shower the basics of what you need.

Please hear this out.

I was delighted to have been told that I did not need to share toilet as the booking was a deluxe room. However, I think the sheets being reused as well as the duvet covers and pillow cases. The most disgusting part was when I found 2 bed bugs on the single bed. I told reception and was reassured that it will be escalated. Kindly make sure you have followed the standard of cleanliness especially we just got out from pandemic and flu season is around the corner as well as the bed bug issues in London.

I couldn’t take a shower! Very bad! I want my money back! It was the most terrible hotel I have stayed in my life! I will never book hotel grom Expedia!! There was a heater in the room, some area covered for a bathroom 😀😀😀 And heater couldn’t heat the water! Like a joke 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

A great central London place to stay.

For a short stay in London, this hotel is in a most excellent location for getting around. There are plenty of cafés in the immediate vicinity for breakfast. I am happy to stay again here.

Good prive for that location. Located near Oxford street is a great location. min walk to underground. can use an upgrate in furniture but still good value. If you are picky and want a modern hotel its not the place for you, but if you just need it for sleeping and roaming around its great.

Great location, good room

Nice location in fact lovely, opposite nice pub near Marble Arch. Room good, size etc 1 cockroach. Otherwise shower could be more powerful and heat is difficult to control. The receptionist could cheer up, perhaps smile as we are paying

Bed bugs. Avoid this place even if it’s just for one night. Only five hours of sleep and I woke up covered in bites.

Such a disgusting hotel and not safe for a family, bed bugs everywhere, smelled like cigarettes , rooms were gross, left half way through our stay because we didn’t feel safe staying there with our 1 year old.
