Carlos was very welcoming and set the tone for a great first impression of the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Love that there was a good and reasonably priced restaurant on site. Breakfast was a bonus and had a very wide variety of food.

My stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Gabriel, who helped me at check-in was very efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that you can hear everything, noises in the hallway, toilets being flushed, etc.

This hotel was great. Clean, quiet, free parking, right off Hwy 401, 13 kms west of London. Booked on-line, seamless check-in, large, inviting lobby/lounge area, snacks for purchase. The room was clean, quiet, room safe, fridge, microwave, comfortable beds. Staff was great, breakfast included, which was a small but good buffet. Special mention to the friendly night clerk and 2 gentlemen who worked in the restaurant at breakfast - Olaksandr and Heberth. They were professional, projected a happy demeanor and were kind and helpful.
