checking in was ok nice and friendly. It had a metal bed with a very thin mattress you could feel the frame through. The ensuite shower had mould and the toilet was hampered by the sink so much that you couldn't sit on it comfortably. Booked for two nights stayed one.
Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip.
Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked.
Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot.
The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime.
The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust.
The main light didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the bed was incredibly small and the headboard was not attached. The kettle needed a good clean inside and out before using.
The bathroom stank of wee and the shower was incredibly mouldy with gunge and hair in the plughole.
Good points, the water was hot in the shower although I struggled to turn on the tap as was very stiff and the bedding and towels were clean.
There was a lot of noise from the room above.

london trip
stay was ok staff helpfull place very good and close to all public transport quiet safe area
Nice place, it was easy to check in and access the room. For the price it was better than expected, lovely and warm coming in from a particularly frosty day outside.
Walls covered in brown stains really needs painting. Shower head was disguising and dirty. Could barely sleep as bed was so noisy every time you moved on it.
Second stay at this premises.
Staff continued to be accommodating and helpful.
The room I was provided on the second trip was even better than the first room.
Very comfortable.
The walls were dirty, the flush was hanging out the wall, lights made a buzzing noise when on and only one bulb working, bed was so uncomfortable springs poking out and metal frame made so much noise everytime we moved
Good location with parking. We were upgraded to a family room which had two shower rooms and a kitchenette.
Very clean and well equipped. Underfloor heating made room very cosy.
The guest house is in a great location, very close to the an Underground station and several pubs and restaurants. There are only four parking spaces, but we got one of them. The walls are a little thin because I could hear someone snoring in another room.
The owner operator was very inviting and accommodating.
The hotel is very close to a Tesco Express and convenience / fuel station.
Also close to the South Ealing train station.
The room was beyond my expectations, it had a full kitchen with oven, stove top , microwave, kettle etc.
Comfortable well heated room during the cold weather.

Comfortable beds
Room was OK. A little dated and decorating/furniture choices needs a little work but the bathrooms look like they have been update and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful when we requested an early check in due to one of our group members being sick. Just a few blocks down from the tube station which was very convenient going into London or to Heathrow.
The whole place had a layer of and dust. My bed had slats missing or broken. The microwave ( shared kitchen) had mould inside. I had a kettle and coffees ect in my room but no spoon, no cutlery in the kitchen either.
The reception area is dark and dingy - the room was at the front of the property and very noisy from road traffic- the bathroom facilities were very cramped, water from shower not hot - the bed was very uncomfortable and only 1 flat pillow per person. We stayed for 3 nights and room not cleaned at all, kettle would not fit under tap in sink as sink was so small, we had to fill water bottles to top up the kettle. Reception should have been open from 9.30am, but nobody about to ask for extra pillows.
