"We made the right choice. This is a classic well operated hotel with a huge range of facilities and world class service. Nana was incredible and looked after us from check in to check out and we even got an anniversary gift. Pool, gym and sauna were excellent - can’t wait to come back in summer when everything else is open. Only negative is the curse of in-room Nescafé! The area is lively for nightlife and tons of great bars and clubs but the quality of restaurants doesn’t suffer like other places - highly recommend L’Ostricaio for authentic Sicilian food at decent prices. "We had a marina view room but could still see the sea. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was really good. We unfortunately had an adjoining room and our neighbours weren’t quiet! The door between the two rooms was ill fitting and offered no sound protection. Better sound proofing would be good. Clean towels every day. Indoor pool very small and shallow but nice in the winter time. "
