Struttura piacevole situata in un posto tranquillo

Struttura piacevole situata in un posto tranquillo, camere un po' vecchie ma comode e pulite. Servizi forse un po' sacrificati. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Ristorazione d'eccellenza e prezzi contenuti. Penso che ritornerò in futuro.

Hotel carino con colazione ottima

L'hotel situato un po in periferia rispetto Livigno, è tuttavia collegato dalla navetta gratuita che passa ogni 10 minuti circa, che lo collega con tutti gli impianti sciistici della zona. La camera, piccola ma confortevole, molto calda. La colazione in veranda Ottima, con un paesaggio da cartolina.

Tutto bene, anzi benissimo

L'albergo è posto in una zona meravigliosa di fronte ad un panorama mozzafiato. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche sostanziale ritocco, soprattutto nelle camere, ma credo che i proprietari ne siano a conoscenza, tant'è vero che hanno preso una ulteriore struttura in centro. Il ristorante invece è ad altissimo livello, sia per quanto riguarda l'ambiente, sia per la cucina e le ottime preparazioni culinarie dello chef. Inoltre c'è una cura particolare ed attenta per gli animali ed una educazione esemplare con cui vengono trattati, soprattutto in sala. La colazione è ricca, ottima e molto abbondante ed il personale, sia in reception, che in sala, sono di una velocità, gentilezza e professionalità tale da non creare alcun contrattempo o scontentezza. Però attenzione: sul sito di Hotels.com è indicato un prefisso telefonico sbagliato rispetto a quello autentico, per cui non riuscirete a chiamare l'hotel con quel numero e potrebbe crearvi qualche disagio non da poco. Nice hotel. Superb location.

This hotel is in an amazing location. It's a little rough to get to, but once there, you don't really want to leave. The hotel isn't in peak condition and it was a little difficult to get attention when checking in (the restaurant was closed and I had to wander a bit inside to find someone who was busy cleaning up after lunch), but the staff are friendly and attentive, the food at the restaurant is very good, and the rooms are comfortable. Also, for motorcycle (and bicycle) riders, they have a garage where you can park overnight to get your bike out of the weather if necessary.

Good Bang for your buck

Nice place on the edge of Livigno. Great restaurant on the main floor for dinner. Garage parking for the motorcycle. A little noise in the room from the hallways and cowbells outside, nothing earplugs couldn't cure. Price was right and great breakfast was included. Wifi with good bandwidth and a flat screen in the room.

Überteuert, Ruhestörung

Während der Aufenthalt recht schön war, ging es Nachts durch ankommende Gäste extrem laut zu. Es waren ankommende Familien mit Kleinkinder. Wäre ich im diese Zeit so laut durch die Gänge gegangen, hätten mich die Eltern alles geheißen. Nur nichts gutes!!!!! Als ich mich beschwerte, kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.

cucina ottima. stanze insufficienti ad ospitare due persone nella stessa stanza. bagno completamente inadeguato e obsoleto. La doccia non funziona, il box doccia minuscolo, la porta del bagno non si chiude. WI-FI non funzionante. Accoglienza gradevole. Colazione ottima
