We were surprised how lovely this old hotel is, was expecting not that great but we had an excellent time and the hotel is lovely! The reception staff were very helpful and polite and check in/out was quick and simple! The guys behind the bar were both cheerful and chatted with us. Our family room consisted of 2 bedrooms, a double bed and twin beds. It was very warm and toasty. (only one complaint we were woken up around 7am by a loud noise outside, maybe a generator or something?) Breakfast was pretty decent too. Location is perfect for everything. We definitely would stay again too!

The only problems we had is the shampoo and body wash was empty and the heating doesn't come on until 8 pm so the room was cold to start with. But that's it . The team where excellent and good / was brilliant. Would stay here again

The staff could not have been more friendly. The only criticism was the lack of bar staff on the Saturday evening. The queue to be served was at least 12 people long.

We liked the property very much. We had a lovely room pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them My only problem was the breakfast. The orange juice was like drinking water and the ready break porridge was awful ๐Ÿ˜ฃ other than that are stay was good
