Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion.
Great hotel, in exactly the right place for Liverpool city centre. Very clean and well thought out. All the staff are excellent, would definitely recommend to everyone.
Room was immaculate.
Providing a coffee machine and bottles of water
Lady behind the desk was lovely and helped me carry my bags into the room.
Would definetly recommend
Fantastic location, every member of staff we met was really friendly, room was lovely, comfy bed and very clean. Our only gripe was it was a bit noisy, we could hear people walking about above us, creaky floors and toilet flushing etc but for the price we paid we thought it was excellent, would recommend and would stay again!

Liked: Staff & service
Very Close to Liverpool One and got a good choice of restaurants to try. Staff were lovely and the renovations looked great though there are definite ways to improve. The pillows are rather uncomfy so might need to bring your own. The water pressure for the shower is great especially using both shower heads at the same time though the small pane of glass on the shower doesnt keep the water out.
Friendly & welcoming staff. We were able to leave our luggage with reception when we arrived prior to checking in time. We did have to ring the bell outside initially, then wait for a member of staff to let us in. We had 2 rooms booked & these were very nice rooms, one being very spacious. Such comfortable beds & pillows. Lovely extras such a water & a nice coffee machine. Nice powerful shower. Very good location very near to Liverpool One & opposite Duke Street Food & Drink market which would recommend a visit. No on-site breakfast available during our stay, however there is a very nice Italian cafe very close by.
I stayed for two nights in a superior room and left feeling disappointed overall.
Positives first: the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent for the city centre, and the shower was lovely.
However, several issues affected our stay. The room had no proper curtains, so light came through the blinds, making it hard to sleep. There was also a skylight with a blind that couldn’t be closed due to its height, which made this worse.
The TV had signal problems and eventually only showed half the screen. Furniture was poor—just one chair, and it had three wobbly legs. Storage and layout were not well thought out. There was only one small chest of drawers, which also held the coffee facilities, so there was no proper dressing table. The kettle couldn’t reach the nearest socket, so we had to boil it on the floor.
The mirror setup was inconvenient: a full-length mirror near the entrance had no lighting, and a smaller mirror wasn’t near a socket for drying or styling hair.
Overall, the room did not match the superior standard or the photos advertised. While the staff and location were great, the room itself needs significant improvement.
Great location, 3 minutes from bus to London, walking distance to art gallery, museums, and excellent pubs. Super cute decor and excellent staff. Had a great stay.
All staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious- with large comfortable beds. Coffee machine was an added bonus.
Close to Liverpool One Shopping Centre, bars and restaurants.
Would definitely stay again
