Hotel was overall good for the money. It was close to the cliffs of mohr, clean and modern. Only downside is the wifi only worked in the lobby and the heat did not work well.
The hotel is located in Liscannor a small town just a few miles down the coast from the Lahinch Golf Club. So it is very convent for golfers.
The room was bright clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a nice selection with plenty of cook to order options. The lady at the front desk seemed to be there day and night. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar attached.
Also just around the corner within walking distance are a few tradition Irish pubs and one more upscale restaurant. Just remember to eat before 8:30pm! We were there in the second week of September so some of the places had closed for the season but enough remained open to take of us for a few days. The Cliffs of Moher are a quick 10mins car ride from Liscannor. The day ticket offers you multiply entries during that one day. So if you visit in the morning you can also go back for the stunning sunset. If you prefer to walk the cliffs there is a trail head from a car park a few mins from Liscannor. You can walk along the cliffs to the main visitor center, approx 2.5 hours or continue on North. We would definitely return.
Wi-Fi didn't work. Blonde women up front wouldn't do anything about it. We needed directions but she said we wouldn't need it, it's easy to get around. Well we're American foreigners we don't know our way around like a local so we wanted directions. She had no ppl skills or sense of customer service. The hotel was nice and breakfast good. Also we ordered a twin but they gave us a double. Not worth 100 a night.
It took me 10 minutes to find anyone working at the front. We finally persuaded a server from the bar next door to find someone. There is no a/c in the rooms and only one small window that opens to the outside. Not very comfortable.
The hotel was fine - beautiful rooms and super friendly staff. There were two issues we found: (a) there were technical problems (plumbing related) that made us change two rooms soon after arrival. This was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff, eventually upgrading us to a nice suite. (b) The breakfast was simply disappointing. The price compared to other places we stayed in during our road trip was high but the breakfast was the least tasty. Not terrible, just disappointing. Well, the coffee was terrible. On one had they serve it to you nicely but then the waitress told us it was instant coffee (!!), so what's the point?? I think these are small and not deal breaker things that can easily be fixed - they just need to decide not to save on the small things that make a big difference in the guests' experience like a tasty breakfast...
Kurzfristig haben wir das Hotel ausgesucht.
Sehr sauber.
Gutes essen und gutes Frühstück. Auch für nicht Iren.
Gute Lage für die Cliffs of Moher und für den Ring of Kerry.
Schöner kleiner Hafen.
Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was substantial and well prepared, good service, however would have preferred a location with more of a village surrounding the motel. No real neighbourhood feel to it. If not important, then a convenient stopping spot.
We booked 2 rooms at this hotel as we were traveling from Kerry to Galway and wanted to make a stopover at the Cliffs of Moher. The hotel is just north of Lahinch and is quite convenient to the Cliffs. The staff is very friendly, the rooms were OK and they offered a view of the water. We did not have dinner at the hotel but went next door to a very good steak and fish restaurant, it seems everyone else at the hotel had the same idea as the hotel dining room was slow while the place next door had a full house. That being said the breakfast the next morning was very good. There were some issues at the hotel due to some electrical malfunctions, such as the telephones did not work and the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. But in typical Irish fashion it all got worked out and everyone had a pleasant overnight stay.
Hôtel pratique pour visiter la région. Chambre grande et confortable. Peu de solution de restauration dans ce village. Avons bien mangé à l'hôtel mais le choix des vins était très restreint.
Called to inform of a late arrival and was told no problem. Arrived around 23:00 checked in easily. Wi-Fi didn't work in room thought it was because I didn't get a password but was told in the morning it was only in the lobby.

Cliffs of Moher
The phones in the room or the room safe did not work. If we needed anything we would have to go downstairs and ask. It was inconvenient. Staff was friendly and food was good.

Friendly staff, great breakfast
Decent location but bed comfort and hotel condition was fair at best. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the free breakfast we got with our room was phenomenal.

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay, but Liscannor is very small with little to do. Breakfast was very good, as well as the service. They need to fix the lights on timers in the corridors; they go off before you can get into your room.
Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, all staff were so friendly it felt like my 10th visit and not my 1st.typical Irish hospitality.
Very clean, very comfortable. The bar is excellent.

Disappointed in technology...
The hotel was pleasant and well located. The staff could use more training on giving eye contact, standing to greet visitors and taking responsibility for minor issues. The ohones were not working and the internet was only available on the ground floor - both would have been acceptable with a preemptive apology - instead a shrug of the shoulders was the response. We paid extra for a partly obscured water view and were not offered a reduction despite having to go up and down stairs several times because of the phone/internet issues. This spoiled what would otherwise have been an excellent rating.

Satisfactory for one night stay
A mix up over the booking was resolved with good humour. The room was fine as was the breakfast. While there were no specific complaints, I am not sure that this rates as a 3star hotel.
