Shower was almost cold; actually the apartment is cold. Some simple and small things could make our stay much more confortable, such as 5 towels for 5 persons (sounds weird but it is true), at least 3 plug adaptors, botlle opener, cork screw. We have to buy such small and cheap items to make our stay more confortable. How can we make coffee and toast for brekfast with only 1 plug adaptor?

Me parece que la propiedad tiene potencial. La ubicación es buena y el apartamento y el edificio también. Sin embargo, hay detalles de limpieza que estaban descuidados, adicionalmente la cantidad de toallas y productos de higiene son muy limitados, por ejemplo, sólo en un baño había jabonera para lavarse las manos, toallas sólo habían 3 cuando éramos cuatro y que fue especificado, y papel higiénico muy limitado, nos tocó comprar. Reparando esos detalles, me volvería a quedar con ustedes.

Mi peor estadía en todos mis viajes

Me robaron ropa; desde antes del ingreso el personal muy hostil. Pagada la reserva el día del viaje (horas antes de llegar) me pedían q envíe fotos de los pasaportes o que no me dejarían ingresar, sin importarles que estaba con 3 niños y uno de ellos de 1 año. No me permitieron hacer check out después de las 11am; tampoco me permitieron dejar las maletas (otra vez sin importar que estaba con un bebé) Por este precio se consiguen hoteles de mejor calidad que este lugar. El nivel más grande de decepción al momento de hospedarme. Ojo, no hay personal de la administración, solo un guardia del edificio. Solo te dan un número para que los contactes por WhatsApp

The property is in good location but we have to wait for almost one hour to get the keys because nobody told the door man I was coming. The guy at the reception was very rude and unfriendly. The bedroom were too cold and very humid the bathrooms glasses dirty just one toilet paper and no garbage bags and by the time we left the place we have to leave thru the garage in the back.

Opinión y sugerencias

Estuvimos en Lima para finalizar nuestro viaje y el departamento está excelente. Ubicación medidas de seguridad de covid algo exageradas, pero entendible por lo que se está viviendo. Hablé con la persona que nos lo rento y muy amable y disponible. Le comenté que debería como sugerencia agregar que hay una tienda pequeña de conveniencia en un lado del edificio que facilita mucho las cosas. Y ella amablemente dejo 2 convertidores de electricidad pero se ocupan más cuando se contrata por una familia de 5 personas.

Beau logement, bien situé au coeur de Miraflores. Immeuble très sécuritaire, très propre et le personnel est très courtois. 3 points faibles de notre appartement: 1- Seule la chambre principale bénéficiait de l'air climatisé. 2- Le seul téléviseur du logement était dans la chambre principale. 3-Les heures d'accès au gym et a la piscine limitées de midi à 17h00, ce qui ne convient pas au touristes qui veulent profiter de la journée a l'extérieur.

Great location however apartment is lacking. Ac is only in the master bedroom WiFi is weak. You must check in and out through the garage. A trendy host representative is not available at the front desk as stated. You have to call them through the what’s app and then he will show up or respond. One of the workers was very rude. Told me to learn Spanish. Over all this can be a great rental just missing good customer service

Convenient Location beautiful stay🌵

The apartment is nice, confortable and clean. It’s located in a safe convenient location. Short walk to Park Kennedy, and restaurants. (La Lucha is a sandwich place, my favorite!) make sure you ask the front desk for adapter plugs in order to use the microwave or charge your phones.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Lima

Apartamento novo, confortável, com cozinha equipada, suíte completa com cama grande e confortável, dois quartos com cama de solteiro. Além da suíte, ainda há um banheiro adicional no corredor e um lavabo na entrada, somando três banheiro, o que permite acomodar uma família de modo muito confortável. Na sala há um sofá cama. Atendimento muito atencioso, foi uma estadia muito agradável. Localização privilegiada, perto de restaurantes, praças e pontos turísticos de Miraflores. Recomendo muito.
