The breakfast was fantastic. The room was beautiful and unique. We chose this hotel to avoid the Hilton, Marrriot esthetics and it was worth it. Beautiful Peruvian decor.
The hotel is new. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. The decoration is also very trendy. Location is also very good. Will be stay again when I come back to Lima.
Nice decorations throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff is friendly. A nice place to stay when visiting Lima. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
The suite we stayed in was incredible and huge! Huge comfortable bed, lots of space, love the lightning options, beautiful bathroom with spa tub and separate rain shower. We love all the art and decor. The staff was accommodating and sweet. 24 hour room service! The room was very clean. The pool was so warm too, it felt like a hot tub. It was overall a very relaxing and beautiful experience.
Gorgeous hotel; friendly, attentive, professional staff. Everything was carefully cured to provide a very unique and cool experience. I highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for one of the best stays in Lima. My favorite hotel going forward!
This property is brand new. Everything is absolutely beautiful and the service was great. That being said, our room had a leak from the shower. For a hotel that is less than two months old, that is not a good sign. The pool was also closed. Breakfast was okay, but $45 USD is a bit high for an "okay" buffet. The hotel staff was wonderful at helping coordinate transportation from airport to hotel and back but $100 USD is A LOT.
I recently stayed at Nhow Lima, and overall, I had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a high-end property. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The only small downside was that, as an Expedia VIP member, I had requested an upgrade (which is normally offered as part of the VIP perks), but unfortunately, the front desk wasn’t able to accommodate it during my stay even I know it’s not fully booked. While it didn’t affect my overall experience, it would have been a nice touch considering the status benefit.
Aside from that, everything else was perfect — from the cleanliness to the amenities and overall vibe of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend Nhow Lima and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Lima!
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I say this as someone who’s been to over twenty countries. The location is super convenient. Safe neighborhood, right next to Kennedy park and tourist information center (check out their walking tour!). Very good breakfast. But the best, best, best part is their staff. So extremely kind and helpful. On my last night of stay here I was experiencing a pretty bad diarrhea, and they helped to call in a medics who arrived in 15 minutes. I don’t speak Spanish, but their staff Evelyn helped with translation throughout the entire process and went to the pharmacy with me to get the medicine. She was there for me the whole time. I wish there’s a way I can do something for her in return, but she said she was more than happy to help. She simply wished when she’s alone in a foreign country in the future, someone will help her as well. She’s the highlight of my stay in Peru. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. No doubt. I hope the hotel keeps their business up and running well, and the best for Evelyn.
What a beautiful hotel!!! I love the colorful details. Everything was amazing, customer service, food, location and space. The pool and the gym. Everything top notch!!!
From the moment we entered this Hotel we were pleased. The hotel is AMAZING! everything about our stay was perfect. Ultra modern and comfortable, superior service and staff. We felt like family at the end. Breakfast was amazing and the options were endless! Super convenient location. Kennedy park is 2 streets over with lots of activity, a leisurly stroll to Larcomar, Inka market and Calle de la Pizza all walking distance. We felt safe any time of day into early hours of the morning. Special mention to Andres, Nestor, Edu, Luis, Fatima for making us feel so comfortable. So much attention to detail. Every single design had meaning and a story. It waa heartbreaking to leave. We will be back. Thank you Nhow Lima. We love you. 🇧🇧
