About a good as a 2-star hotel can be. Simple and complete care. Furnishings and finishes were a little dated, but the bed was comfortable and firm. Service was great. Breakfast was okay: fresh rolls, slices of cheese&bologna, fried egg, butter and marmalade. No elevator, so not accessible to all.
