Check in was easy, but they charged more than what was advertised on Expedia and they require your ID to be scanned so we presented our passports. The property was fairly clean, but we found a used soap in the soap holder in the shower. Everything else looked clean. They only gave 2 pillows which was a bummer, and we were too tired to ask for more. We were also only given one towel, which was strange since we booked the room for 2 people. Bed was not that comfortable, so we didn’t get the greatest sleep. Noise also doesn’t help, since the windows are only metal and glass so it penetrates easily. The room did come with a mini fridge and a closet which was nice. The shower was big and the toiletries were nice too. Probably wouldn’t come back though.

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and has nice location. The breakfast is provided daily in a relaxing environment with a good city view. Great place to stay!

Excelente lugar!

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquilo. A 10im caminando hay supermercados. La recamara muy cómoda, teníamos un refrigerador, agua caliente. Excelente!

Lindo hotel, muy elegante. Las sábanas de las camas algo ásperas, tienen que ser de algodón egipcio. El resto de las cosas muy bien, recomendable!!

Me gusto la atencion al cliente la comida también estaba muy buena, lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno siempre el mismo huevo frito o rebozado un muy pequeño vaso de jugo de papaya 2 panes y el cafe o infusión y segun ellos una ensalada de fruta que era un presente del hotel no hay variedades siempre lo mismo todos los dias tampoco me gustó el hecho que me cobraron mas de lo que es la promoción en intenet 7 dolares mas por dia eso no es muy etico ni profesional

Lamentable

Me cobraron por dos veces el alojamiento. Uno a través de hoteles.com, es decir, el alojamiento ya estaba pagado pero por problemas con internet no pude verificarlo al llegar. Al registrarnos me cobraron de nuevo con IGV 18%, pagando en efectivo. Estoy manteniendo contacto con ellos por WhatsApp y aún así todavía no me han devuelto nada. No lo aconsejó para nada. Excesivamente viejo.

Overpriced for a regular hotel with no perks, considering the many hotels that are in Lima, get Soles before you go there or they’ll charge your card for even higher. I know is cheap but trust me, you can find a better hotel with same price ✌️

The hotel was excellent. They clean the room very well bed linens changed everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided everyday tasteful and filling. The hotel is located in a very safe area. Close to restaurants and stores. I strongly recommend this hotel.

No había papel higiénico en la habitación. Encontramos una mancha de sangre seca en el cubrecama. El aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte. Las toallas están gastadas y el estante de metal del baño esta oxidado.
